Complicated interface, too many side quest rather than the game itself. It's unfair for those who has a lot of money compared with those with other not so much as when you lose you lose the full amount, and other player just got kick out due to they are bankrupt. Imagine 4 persons have about 25% of winning rate. You lose the full amount if you have a lot of money but if you are playing with those bankrupt player u only win what they have. So eventually your money will get lower and lower.

They only let you win if you pay money

I had 741,000 chips and dropped down to 106,000 in one night. Ever since they asked to verify accounts the game system changed. Now it feels like if I have too many chips they will purposely make me lose. I have another account that always empties out, never have enough game chips and I cannot play more than one game. I feel the game is getting boring. It feels like they only reward those who pay to play the game. The game doesn’t feel fair unless gamesofa do something about it.

Super bad algorithm, no balance at all. The mechanism of how the mahjong is being random to each player need to revamp. You can easily have a straight 50 game lose without a single winning game if the computer/algorithm decided to screw your day. What is the fun of a game, if you have no chance to win, there is no balance at all. Response to developer update: That is no use, from my experience, I had been in the losing track for 2 weeks. I don’t play 50 games a day, but not a single winning game for 2 weeks. Lost over 10000 point already.
