Questions
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. Sign up with your email, get a magic link, and you're on the 24-hour Pro trial immediately. You only enter card details if you choose to subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account stays - you can still log in and see the public charts. To keep tracking apps and receiving alerts, you'll need to pick a paid plan. We never auto-charge anyone.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Why so much cheaper than the enterprise platforms?
- Two reasons. (1) We're indie-first: the incumbents charge $25k-$50k/year because they sell to enterprise buyers. (2) AI does most of the work that used to require an analyst team. We pass those savings on.
- How accurate are your download estimates?
- We publish confidence intervals on every estimate - typically ±30-50% at the app level. That's a deliberate choice over fake-precise numbers. Read the methodology on each app page.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes - 7 days from any new purchase, no questions asked. Email support@appwolf.io.
- Is there an enterprise tier?
