RIDICULOUSLY PAY TO WIN! It is literally impossible to compete with players that are 1 level above you and pay to win players who spend $20k mth can be 6 levels above. Recent server mergers, put our Era against Eras where every player from the opposition are 2-4 levels Above us except a handful who have $ to burn. SO PISSED OFF WITH THIS GAME! DO NOT TRY IT UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO SPEND A FORTUNE! Also, dont listen th the bot saying it's not pay to win, never seen one so unbalanced.

Nothing like i remember when i was younger. But that's the good part! This game evolved perfectly, not exactly missing it's own touch, but rather following the nowadays trend while still have the "age of empire" feels. great work

There overall there is a lot of things to buy that is thrown at you as a new player. The upgrade system for heroes is way to complicated and finally the gear system is based on rolling for maybe getting the chance to craft the one you want. It was a pretty bad early experience that I can't continue to play.

I did not like the tutorial but that is cause I have played since PC, not happy with the pay to win, it is free to play but the inequality an loopholes are outrageous, I have been on 6 servers so far and even paid a few hundred myself to level up but the rules are not enforced, as far as cyber bullying , and unfair advantages. You Cannot keep up with the whales unless you free play round the clock, play smart and purchase special heros and boosts that give you overall advantage instead of coins.

Age of Empires Mobile isn't a strategy game - its a payment processor disguised as one. Strategy only matters once you've spent enough for it to matter. Skilled F2P players eventually hit a paywall that no amount of planning, teamwork or game knowledge can overcome. Every event ends with the same whales at the top because account power matters far more than skill. The greatest casualty isnt balance - its the age of empires name, a franchise once defined by strategy, now reduced to biggest spend
