Master your phonics letters and sounds with the Alphablocks!
From the BAFTA nominated pre-school learning TV shows Alphablocks and Numberblocks, we bring you Alphablocks Letter Fun! Your little ones are going to LOVE interacting with the Alphablocks in this amazing App. It’s hugely entertaining to play and makes a real difference to their reading through fun, multisensory learning. Alphablocks has been on TV for nearly a decade, helping millions of children learn to read the fun way. Now your little ones can meet all the Alphablocks from A to Z, learning letters and sounds with four great phonics mini-games and a fantastic singalong song. "Alphablock A says a! when an apple lands on her head! " Every Alphablock is designed to make their letter and sound easy to learn, encouraging kids to interact with the characters and really get to know the alphabet. They’ll have great fun getting hands-on with letters and sounds. * No in-app purchases * ▸ MINIGAMES There are four minigames per Alphablock — that’s over 100 great activities for kids to enjoy! ◆ Bubble pop! — match letters to sounds by popping the bubbles that match the sounds you hear. ◆ Paint me — listen to letter sounds as you paint each Alphablock with your finger. ◆ Favourite things — listen out for words that begin with each letter sound and add them to the Alphablock’s collection of favourite things. ◆ Hide and seek — listen carefully to tell letter sounds apart, and see if you can spot where the Alphablock is hiding. ▸ ALPHABLOCKS LETTER SONG Sing along with the Alphablocks as they all get together to sing their letter sounds in a mnemonic song that kids will love and remember! ▸ LETTER SOUNDS AND NAMES When your child has mastered their letters and sounds, change to Letter Name mode and have fun learning all the letter names too. ▸ EARN STARS Every minigame earns a star. Collect all four stars to watch the Alphablock sing their line from the Alphablocks letter song. Can you light up all the stars for all your Alphablocks? (The app keeps your progress between visits. You can reset it if you want to start again or to let a friend or sibling play.) ▸ FULL OF FABULOUS PHONICS Alphablocks is made by teachers and reading experts. It’s built around systematic synthetic phonics, as taught in UK schools. Saw a comment about the painting app not working from 6 years ago. Figured this wouldnt be an issue anymore, but it is. A paid game should have the features it offers.
- Melissa Martinez · v1.7.3
what a bad game never buy anything from this publisher again. what a shame since my son really love alphablocks and numberblocks
- Fazar Nugroho · v1.7.3
Colouring still doesn't work. It's a decent enough game but the colouring part doesn't work and based on other reviews it's been a known problem for years so I wouldn't expect it to get fixed.
- Emily T.H. · v1.7.0
Good game 🎯😀
- Kat_Atomic_ FX · v1.5.0
Game freezes. Not cool.

So disappointing! Some parts don't load at all and others will load the sound and background art but the blocks don't show up so you can't click on them!
- Moon Rock · v1.5.0

Only works for letters a-l from m onwards they don't work
- Rick Dinsdale · v1.5.0
Simple app for learning the alphabet and each letter's first sound. 4 nice short games. Same games are offered for every letter. Not a lot of variety therefore, but my 5yr old immediately understood them and enjoyed playing, so they seem well pitched for his age (or a little younger). Really appreciate that there's no distracting background music to the games (much better for learning). In settings, parents can switch between focus on letter sounds and letter names (great!). Not seen any ads.
- Clare Quarman · v1.5.0
App installs but every time we try to open it it just crashes 😔
- Lauren McNeill · v1.5.0
Keeps kids engaged

- Kim Brinker · v1.5.0
Bought the app to download on our computer and all the games will not load. Just the alphabet song. The stars don't show so it wont give us an option to even play any of the games advertised. The stars aren't there!!
- Sofia Montes
I love Alphablocks & this is letter fun. I love it and there's no ads. 😍
- Brian Montanaro
How can you restore the game data please tell me how I deleted it and don't know how to restore it.
- Alihassa alix · v1.5.0
Like it
- Amanda Turner · v1.5.0
Paid 2.99 to then have to subscribe to alphablocks for the rest to be unlocked! Surely should be free for the first part then 2.99 for more activities then asked to subscribe...
- Rebecca WHITLOCK · v1.5.0
Great games
- Kok Yong Lee · v1.5.0
Can open the app but can't get in the games.. It used to be good, everything worked.. What happen now??
- Diana Soo · v1.5.0
Doesn't start. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't work anymore. It used to, not sure what happened.
- Dean Rowntree · v1.5.0
Didn't work, couldn't even get past the main page! Wouldn't let me click on any of the options
- Rebecca Forsyth
4 "games" and 1 song No learning activities at all, all letters have the same 4 activities and there is no positive nor negative reinforcement that prevents a child just clicking randomly to complete the ill defined tasks. I'd have let you keep 50p for the song as my son quite liked it, but £2.99 for zero educational experience, no thanks.
- Nick Fitton
Toddler loves it. Painting doesn't work. I have a rooted phone, and block all ads, so that doesn't bother me. That would be incredibly frustrating though if other commenters are right. Edit - that took longer than a week, but the painting is indeed working now! However, I do hope there are no ads on a paid app like this.
- T Mack · v1.5.0
Alphablocks is so much fun !
- Fatima Najam · v1.4.1
Very simple, maybe too simple as there are is no progression after the alphabet, I was hoping for magic E, and the long vowel sounds. So I wouldn't recommend this for anyone whose child already knows a-z. And the painting part of the app often doesn't work, save your money.
- K S-H · v1.4.1
App is really simple, but I didn't need more so that's fine. However, the CONSTANT full screen ads in a paid game are unforgivable. UPDATE No, I will not take this off platform. This app is bad. Period. Just take out the ads completely, it's just the right thing to do.
- Jon Hance · v1.4.1
I bought this for my son on my phone because he loves the Alphablocks. Only to try and download it on his tablet it's asking for the money again? Why? All other purchases transfer with my account, why not this one?
- Jennifer Mckillop
Painting isnt working
- staci dell · v1.4.1
Had the watch and learn (free for offer), REALLY hoped all the negative posts would have been seen to for the actual paid app, (that many means it should have been looked at hint, hint...) after Granddaughter enjoyed free SO MUCH,this is rather sadly lacking in value, activities, quality...AND still paint part doesn't work! Just so sad...
- Karyn McNair · v1.4.1
Daughter loves it but painting doesn't work. Wondering when you'll fix it.
- Mandy Frendo · v1.4.1
Needs more activities.
- Jenny Villegas · v1.4.1
Painting doesn't work. Waste of money
- Jay Tuck · v1.4.1
Painting doesn't work don't understand what I have paid for as the free app pretty much did everything the paid one did the games are so basic I am pretty disappointed Cbeebies please fox the painting or give me a refund !
- Stacey Nicholls · v1.4.1
Painting doesnt work and ads popping up even after paying. Want my money back.
- Minal Mody · v1.4.1
The overall concept works well but the paint part has never worked, even after reinstalling.
- Leanne Stawniczy · v1.4.0
My 3 year old enjoys the app, although the painting game has stopped painting. It used to but I guess an update has stopped it being fully compatible with Android 8. Pretty disappointing.
- Mark Blease · v1.4.0
I have paid for this app and it won't install to my phone. No problems with other apps.
- nicole wareing
The painting game doesn't work. When you pay for an app you at least expect it to work.
- Gemma Ebbage
Cant do the paint game. What am i doing wrong?
- Mat zie · v1.4.0
Pretty good game, but the painting game doesn't work.
- Giles and Stacey Ellis · v1.4.0
Paid for the app and still my daughter runs into advertisements when she touches the side of the screen while playing. Awful that after paying you guys won't just disable ads entirely. Yes, including your own ads!
- Greta Golden · v1.4.0
Same games for each letter. Only one level, no progression. Too many pop ups for other cbeebies apps.
- Triona Lambert · v1.4.0
The colouring bit has stopped working
- Hannah Scott · v1.4.0
The paint function doesn't work, I don't mind paying for a game if it all works. But what do you do if it doesn't?
- Steven Curtis · v1.4.0
It was good for weeks, but now the painting part doesn't work anymore.
- Ant Ajmtt · v1.4.0
He cannot even color them in. Makes the noise but no affects. So boring as you can imagine.
- FJ Thomas · v1.4.0
This is a great game
- A Google user · v1.2.0
We used to love this app but now that it's been re-installed it doesn't open? *** Update: cleared cache and memory and now its working fine :D ***
- A Google user · v1.2.0
Crashes frequently. Fun and engaging but frustrating that it gets stuck on the loading screens quite a lot and requires to be completed closed and reopened to make work. 3 year old not loving this issue
