FORCED ADS PER ACTION

Automatic Idle Upgrades
Rebirth is cool and is a huge help for your cats but when I turn the game off to give the game time to get me back up to a higher stage and upgrade my cats, now I have to sit for an hour just letting my cats shoot trees and I have to make sure I click each upgrade 600 times just to get myself back to where I was before doing a rebirth. Removing that ability completely ruined the game for me. I already spend a lot of time moving up in stages from before the rebirth, but now I got to wait forever to much really sucks.

Not Worth the Effort
This app is broken as hell. There’s a "watch an ad for 2X" that doesn’t work. All the
advertisement buttons don't work but they add buttons to PAY for bigger weapons and advantages in the game. There's even a daily meter you encounter to attain more gems but here's the catch. One of the prizes NEEDS YOU TO WATCH AN AD TO GET IT, BUT WHAT DOESNT WORK??? THE ABILITY TO WATCH THAT SAID AD. So you’re sitting there now getting shafted by the system in place, but to attain the gems, extra guns and things you earn in the game, you instead are paying money to get the higher equipment. There’s an update that they added to get more gems, but in order to get the gems, you have to download the game and complete the requirements AND THATS IF IT GIVES YOU THE GEMS IN THE FIRST PLACE. 100% don't recommend this POS. You don’t listen to your fanbase, I’ve even emailed them and all they said was to “reset my router.” My brother, I’ve literally went from Germany to America, switched service providers from Telekom to Verizon TO AT&T WENT THROUGH FIVE DIFFERENT WIFIS, EVEN USED A VPN TO GO TO KOREA, JAPAN, ITALY AND BACK TO EVEN GERMANY TO SEE IF IT WAS ACTUALLY ME. Love the idle, not the monetization
I am a big fan of idle games, something simple I can setup and watch it progress. The biggest problem with most idle games is that they tend to not be very idle. You have to spend a lot of time clicking buttons to upgrade your money producers, or do some other 'active' thing to keep things moving along, and the game stops feeling very idle. Cat Gunner on on the other hand feels pretty much exactly what I want out of an idle game, where I don't have to do much to get it to progress. The cats are cute, the fights are colorful, the leveling up is a pretty simple merge, and its got some cute side games to help level up. You can just let the game run and it mostly does its thing.
There are a some issues with the game that they need to work on. The game will totally drain your battery, there is only one option to decrease usage, but its only available on the main game. The side games don't have that option.
And speaking of the side games, the Boss / Mine / Play games you only can play once, and then you have to relaunch the mini game. There is no Play Next level or continue playing option. The Hunt game will continue playing, but can take a long time to finish, and you have to play it while the game is running, which will drain your battery fast.
These things are annoying, but the biggest pain is having to deal with merge of Gun / Fish / Pets items. Exponential merge to level up is a pain, and the game has no option to auto-merge items. Until recently when they decided to monetize that feature. That wouldn't have been so bad except its you don't get to permanently purchase the merge feature. You basically spend a bunch of money for a VERY short time to enable that feature. Its feels very much like they are ripping you off for a super trivial feature. Like making you pay to enable a hide-app button.
Still enjoy the game, but trying to monetize things like that just feels a little low.

Cash Grab
Paid for ad removal. That purchase is now a joke. The rebirth multiplier used to be watch-an-ad. After I paid to get rid of ads, they removed that option and put a $2 charge on it instead. Regular rebirth still works, for now. This is the usual idle-game playbook: get you to pay once, then start selling back the shortcuts they just took away. Don’t buy the no-ads pack. They’re going to keep peeling the game for extra charges.
TLDR; Paid to remove ads. Rebirth multiplier used to be an ad. Now it’s $2. Don’t buy “no-ads”. They’re just going to charge you for what the ads used to cover.

Ad blocked, no easy bug report system.
So, I was enjoying this game and playing it until I hit a roadblock. In the season pass, you have to watch an ad in order to get certain rewards right? I have no issue except the ads? They don’t work. I just get a “Try again later” message and it’s the same thing when I try again later. And the worst thing about it? You can’t get ANY of the rewards after that specific one so you’re out of luck, especially if you got the VIP pass.
What really is upsetting is that there’s no easy way to report this bug to the devs except by review and possibly an email. I don’t want to email the devs, especially not when the email provided to contact has nothing to do with the game.
For the record, I have no VPN, I tried it on and off wifi, I’ve allowed app tracking, and I have deleted and reinstalled the game.

Fun, but still has issues beyond the paywall
I love the concept of this game. I’ve played it for several weeks and have bought several of the buffs and passes. However, progression is still somehow capped. In events like the Boss fights and slime Hunt, I’m magically stuck in the same leaderboard spot. I’ll start at place 7140 with level 61 at 7139, complete 5 bosses, and somehow still be stuck at 7140 with 7139 magically at boss 66 now. No clue how to progress further. If it continues much longer, I will for sure be deleting. I understand in a free mobile game that microtransactions will exist and I’m fine with purchasing them, but your game needs to operate correctly.

Why are you forcing your players to buy the ad pass by freezing the game because the ad locks and not just let it play and move on. Maybe if I could have gotten past the first 10 minutes of the game and decided if I enjoyed it I would have spent the money. But instead I waited several minutes waiting for an X to never show and an X that just kept going back and forth to another game I had no interest in playing. Kudos.

I honestly really liked the game. I put months off of and on grinding and happily spent money on the game. Now with the addition of the gem wall, as well as the 8$ seven day packs it feels no better then pay wall slop. I’m sad to see my comfort game go down this path. A little shady
I’ve been playing this game for about 3 weeks, and here’s what I think. Really the only enjoyable things about this game are the cute cat skins and the music. Other than that, this game has slow progression. This game thrives off of making you watch ads to triple your rewards, and leading you off of the game to a sketchy website to download another game for gems. It also makes you wait hours for small rewards (ex. Hunt) that do little to contribute to your stats. If you decide to play this game, you’ll need patience to progress.

Very simple, pretty fun, but there’s forced ads.
Gameplay is simple, give your cats guns, merge guns for better ones, and buy the 3 upgrades. Most games in this “watch your units fight through levels” have way more types of upgrades, but the simplicity here is nice.
On rebirth/prestige, you upgrade those same 3 things.
The problem is that there’s forced/unskipable ads once you get far enough. There is no need for those in a game with plenty of in-app purchases. (This game has different options, but most of those are just speeding up the game or getting a boost)

I love idk games, but what I love about idle games is being able to close the game and coming back to the progress. Pay to win powerless feeling
I don’t feel the progression I have leveled up so many times but still feel like I’m not strong multiple rebirths and if I don’t spend like 40$ on this game I wouldn’t progress at all passes are worth it a little bit but are too expensive so they should increase the tier to at least 30-35 I don’t think 26 tiers is worth 14.99 maybe 30 or 35 it’s not free to play friendly so don’t cone into the game expecting to progress fast you’d have to spend some money

Idle pay to progress
Decent game- if you like slow grinds and pay to win (progress). Power to upgrade to cost is slow at best. Scaling to cost is inadequate compared to how many upgrade options. I’d almost prefer adds to get in game currency than the rates they’re charging for the same. If you wanna leave it run while you sleep and see how much you farmed - then this is the game for you - else I’m not sure I’d play again

Completely capped by the amount of diamonds you get in game. You will never catch up to players above you on the board. If you’re f2p your growth is 10% of what a pay to play character makes. Also there’s no offline rewards so you need to leave it on non stop to get anything at all. Would not recommend this game for f2p or if you want to be able to still use your phone.

The game is slowly becoming pay to play more, I would watch videos for the 3x rebirth points paid for no ad's then they made it pay to get 3x rebirth. Personally I think that just shows they're trying to make it pay to play considering it was original a ad's content and paying for ad free gave us the 3x rebirth. Pretty bogus and will probably try to refund my money and quit the game considering they are showing they are making it cost more to play

When does it get fun? I’m 3 stages in. Each stage is already a grindy, boring, nightmare. I thought the point of a game was to entertain? The game is a great idea the only thing that is missing is that the progression seems to end at stage 35 for unlocking new mechanics which I hope the developers plan to add more I think it’s weird that it ends at 35 but there are people at stage 1000 something that would be super nice would be profiles so that I can see when the top guys have equipped also an over all stat page would be nice too something that just says your damage and lists all the percent increases from pets fish skins and so on overall I think the game is a great idea it just needs a bit more content for further players because it seems like after progressing through trips a bit more it will get sort of boring I would love to see more ways to spend the cash you get too anyways I rlly like this game and I hope the developers plan on adding more since I spent about 30 bucks

Don't worth it
Im so mad right now. App gives "2 free" mine entries and also offers"6 mine entries for 5 usd" i spend my 2 free entries then purchased the "6 entries" but they only gave me 4 instead of the 6 mentioned 😡🤬 that's the only money I'm going to spend and delete the app

Fun… but pay to play
It’s a fun little game. The gameplay is as advertised.. but. Everything requires the premium currency a.k.a. diamonds and unless you watch a bunch of ads or spend 999 for the ad skip and the one gem a minute bonus trying to actually progress through the grain is just a slog

Nerfs to Rewards
Boss gem rewards went from 150 down to 100 this past update. Watching an ad after the boss fight now only rewards 200 gems instead of 300.
Playing boss fight or the ‘battle!’ Mode are not even worth the trouble anymore based on the measly compensation for participation.

Game is fun but it’s bugged.
i have been playing this game for a while now and i’m up to my first XXX gun, it’s very fun and easy to play. the type of game you can just turn ur brain off and relax, saying that for some reason i can’t access the leaderboards anymore which is really upsetting. This being one of my main reasons to keep grinding the game and now i can’t even access it anymore. Major bummer.

Tech support is so bad
I watched an ad to triple my gem rewards, then closed the game after like 30 seconds and all of the gems for 2 mines just disappeared. The support tram said that they can do nothing with it. It is not my problem that the game is vibecoded. Im curious what will happen if im gonna purchase some gems and then closer the game immediately? Theyre gonna disappear again?
