Ignoring her confusion, he mumbles to himself with a hint of sadness in his voice. "It's really time to get ready." Scared, the girl runs. She must leave the house. She doesn't know who this man is or where her father has gone. Walk alongside her on this twisting, twisted path and see where it will lead her. A game where u can experience life, hope and love. My grandpa suffered the same but I was too young and arrogant to put myself in his shoes. How scary it would be for him,how frustrated it would be for him. I didnt think. Now, I regreted it for not communicating a better way. And this game healed a piece in me.

First thing first - the “errors” other users mentioned at the beginning are not a glitch, they are a storytelling device. You’re not supposed to be able to type, it’s supposed to get you into the mindset of being disconnected from reality that the main character feels. Otherwise, this is a really beautiful piece of storytelling. I wouldn’t want to spoil it with anymore details. My recommendation if you purchase this is to go with the flow, experiment, and let it take you on the journey that it intends to.

I downloaded the game and came to the same error as other users- not able to type name. What I found out was that if you RAPIDLY tap the little button on the screen, it proceeds the story. I was able to play! I really enjoyed overall

TLDR I played this game from start to finish on iPhone and it is not broken at all. It’s short, bittersweet, compelling, and worth the money. From start to finish, this game will make you struggle, and I do say that lovingly. This is part of the story, and it was crafted to be confusing and sometimes frustrating, often ineffable. These elements help to insert the player into the character’s experience. She’s confused, she’s frustrated, and she’s struggling. If you are feeling this, the game is succeeding. As can be seen in the poor reviews of this game, many users misunderstood the intro, which drops the user immediately into the confusion. The game is going to APPEAR to ask you for your name, but you’re not meant to answer the question. You just keep tapping until it appears to glitch out and then asks what seems to be a series of unanswerable and/or nonsense questions. Proceed as if it all makes sense, even though it doesn’t, and I promise you will land at the story. You do not ever need to type in this game. Any space that seems like you need to type, just click until it goes away.

Best short mobile game I've ever played. Love this format of games. Installed on a whim but so glad I did Emotional rollercoaster this one. Had me in tears and all. 10/10 would erase my memory to play again.

I’m trying to access this on an iPhone perhaps it really is only for an iPad. This game opens and asks you to type your name, but there is no way to open a keyboard. It starts getting glitchy and eventually moves onto the next page where it asks how you learned of the game, but some of the options are agree. There’s no keyboard when it asks your email address. There’s no way to enter the information it’s requesting to start. So the game converts back to the beginning and asks you if you want to resume or start a new game. You can never start to play on an iPhone.

An incredible achievement, and a game/visual novel that although sparse with both words and interactions is packed with emotion. To talk too much about the story would spoil the journey you will go on as you work your way through the chapters, but know that it might just change your outlook on relationships, commitment, sacrifice and what love really is. Well done to the developers, they deserve every praise going for this work of art.

I just paid 4 dollars for this game and I can’t even play it bc at the beginning it says “Enter Your Name” but won’t bring up the phone keyboard for me to do so and won’t let me proceed. Literally a complete waste of money.
