Rather than think of this lovely game as homage or tribute or even copy, I prefer thinking all of it combines into representing a Bakshi-inspired genre all its own. I won’t rep another product here, I’ll suffice it to say that if this reminds you of something specific that you’ve played & enjoyed, then it’s absolutely guaranteed you will enjoy this as well. Fantastic isometric tactics game with hours of playtime.

Truly amazing. wonderful art, combat is serviceable, nothing that'll blow your socks off but is still engaging. story is superb and is where this game shines. I stumbled across this game for permadeath and the fact the story acknowledges your death (unlike Fire Emblem) makes the game better. 10/10

This turn based RPG is so good it hurts. I am not a bot, potato whatever you need to hear, this game is so incredible. Fully purchased both this one and The Way. I am fully priced out of PC gaming now. I lost my son in September, had to reboot my life and mobile gaming is all I have at present. This game is a shining example as to what RPG lovers like myself look for. Fascinating story, really beautiful art work, mechanics while complex are not so complex they're a barrier. Buy it.

I can tell a lot was put into this game. Very story driven. Be prepared to read...a lot. At the second battle it froze on my second set of turns. Tried again and got around the same spot, but this time it took me out of the game and to the Google play store. Using the revised version. May try again later, but doesn't seem like the type of RPG I'd enjoy.

Combat is different from Ash of Gods. Not quite as simple with the controls in this one. Ash of Gods I barely put down. This one, I can't find myself to bother playing as much. I'll keep pushing as the graphics and voice acting are just as great.

so far, it's one of the best made games I've played on mobile. it's like banner saga, and unlike other ash of gods games, you can freely move across a board like most strategy turn based games. The story is great and the gameplay amazing.

I just started the game and I'm pretty sure I will love it.. This is my style of game.. But.. I wished you guys had put an option to make the text bigger.. Cause even with my glasses I'm having a hard time reading.. Yeah.. I know.. Older ppl also enjoy games. Who would have thought of that? But damnit I have to focus like hell to read since it is so small.. Other than that.. Awesome immersion feel.. Will be back to update pnce I'm through..

Had an issue getting past a level but after reinstalling the game it worked fine. I enjoyed this on PC but am about to get further on mobile. I am looking forward to the updates and am having a blast playing. No major bugs or issues. Sounds great. Very good work overall, am quite pleased with the purchase.

Potential buyer, If you’re reading this… Check out the other game: Ash of Gods: The Way (it’s free, you pay for its full version) addictive tactics perfect for mobile without all the fluff of excess UI interactions & pay walls. This developer maybe a future CD Project Red, Darkest Dungeons, Larian Studios - this is how they usually when you play these games and you feel the passion and time commitment that went into it. This studio (whom I just discovered today) Has some excellent games out, they just have to make sure that these games *stay working on iOS and all the other devices and/or platforms they are on.. So that… When their name comes up in conversation, the mass consciousness exposure that is embedded in the minds is that of a… *passion for the game creation & quality product* Make sure you game is always playable guys. Hi AurumDust Team! 5 stars for taking my review and actually responding it. Regardless of the fix success. The crash happened at the same spot all times and started being a bit frustrating. It happened mid-fight during the battle by the first towns gate. The trigger seems to be damaging a determinated enemy to their energy, probably for the second time as he was already damaged. As soon as I clicked on energy damage, the game froze and the app would crash after 15 seconds, approx.

As of right now, does not get past the "this game saves automatically" screen. Sat there for 10 minutes. Edit: this has fixed it I appreciate it. I played the game on PC when it came out. Now I can play on the go.

This game is really well done. The art and animations are very detailed, with a soundtrack that fits the game nicely. There will be some reading as the game is very story driven, with choices that make an actual difference. The combat is strategy based, and a bit tough. I'm still near the beginning, so I imagine as my characters grow, so will the game play. Overall, this is an amazing strategy game with an emphasis on combat, a mature story, and choice. You won't regret buying it!

Arstyle is gorgeous, story is developing okay but it feels more like a book than a game. No complains, though, like to read. Combat system is yet old, though, and flawed but they promised to release an alternative. Controls are okay but you have to move the camera constantly, a bit annoying.
