Game is dying. Several Servers have very few players. There needs to be merges or individual Player transfers. They say there working on it and 1 year later, it's the exact same response. I'm sure it will be a copied response to this review. It's a pretty fun game but lack of flexibility kilks it. Seems there motto is. Pay us Money and we'll apologize for poor gaming experience.

The gameplay and story are good. What's really disappointing is the developer's response to player complaints. We've been harassed by toxic players (bullying and, even worse, racism) for over a year, but the developer turns a blind eye because they're more concerned with P2W players. For the developer, the money keeps flowing matter most. The developer has no conscience.

after several years this game still does not enable players to move or merge servers. damn. so many no-life, toxic and obssesed free players now running dozens of dummies. what is the point to open new servers while most of the active daily players in old servers are dummies? maybe the devs want to kill the server, do it already duh. you make the game experience ruined so much, it is pointless to develop new events if the basic fundamental environment are not healthy to grow.

the worse part is how come players who spend money (altho not become vip 12) will lose to VIP 0 or VIP 1 players who operate dozens of dummies? and that is not just for one occasional event. most of the time dummies rule and take over titles esp in old servers, and still no merger or server changing mechanism. no wonder you lose alot of players.

To the game devs..I love this game but please, stop changing the UI interface. And turn off the system messages on Local chat. It drowns the player's chats. The turn on and off button for system chat on local chat doesn't work. Communication is important in this game.

this game quite sucks... for you that haven't start to play... don't start it, or you going to dissapointed... Chuang cool as game developer only think their revenue, players or customers didn't get enough information for special event so when they bought some resources with money then because special event information not really clear, those players spend his money for nothing. players also don't have checking of gold that they bought, as players they only believe with Chuang cool...

Would give negative star if possible Full of system glitch Developer favours F2P, Before the event end, the screen will freeze allowing F2P to overtake for the win or a good rank. Happen few times in different servers Few players have commented on this but developer claims it was individual player's network issues, no resolution. Resources in each account are well tracked to enable favoured players to win. Rival servers will constantly be placed together to spend more and compete.
