Been playing the game for over 7 years. Things obviously change over time but recently they tried to change the summoning format to make it harder to get characters. It was only after huge uproar that the company reversed it. But they don’t deserve praise because that change should have never happened in the first place. I cancelled my subscription and have no plans of getting it again. Play only if you don’t plan on spending money and be ready for corporate BS at any time.

Something’s wrong with the app. Every time I try to login it keeps saying network connection error but my connection works just fine. I’ve my account almost 3 years. This is very frustrating. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it keeps on saying connection error. So much for 11th anniversary

I hate the fact that every level has basically the same thing. I also hate the I also hate the fact that there is no like adventure mode or anything. You can’t rotate your camera to go to different places. I don’t know if that’s just me or everybody

This game is so stupid. Tbh it was a good game before 2023 and 2022 but right now it’s so bad everymatrial in the game u can easily get before was so hard and now the characters become specialists on one stage the only stage the game cares about guild quest

I remember playing this everyday, trying to 100% the main mission. But i can’t anymore without jumping through crazy hoops. Because now i can’t sign in, because they thought it would be good to remove Facebook login.

I havent played the game in at least a year and found out that all of the ways i had my account linked are now removed and my account is forever lost and the customer support is terrible.

I've been playing since pre first anni when characters like FKT Shunsui, Jushiro, and Toshiro came out, and to give you a bit of context, the game was honestly dead in the water for years at a time post first anniversary. Content was dry, rewards were awful, even one of the biggest anniversaries(10th anniversary) felt like a mid month celebration with far worse rewards and content than any anniversary prior. I don't know who they fired in these last 2 months, but oh my god has this game just gotten SO MUCH BETTER. The content, rewards, even giving out new broken 5 star characters for FREE. That just scratches the surface on how much they've improved in such a short time. I only hope they keep this up and continue to improve, so I plan to update this review. Anyone who's curious should definitely jump in now, as the game is as generous as it has ever been in it's entire history.

Summoning is addicting-also easy to obtain characters even when f2p with no need for endless grinding. Although, I want true bankai ichigo back in summon banners.

I wish there was a more optimized way to do story mode and subquests as there is so much of both. Maybe having an auto mode where it goes to the next one by itself and it takes twice the amount of tickets or something. Love the game but it gets tedious.

It loads endlessly, making it impossible to play. You can skip new games, but here the endless loading is also tedious gameplay, the style is also very primitive, the design would be 2d, it would be better than this cheap 3d incomprehensible, sorry, but this is my opinion, you lose to other games in these areas, but! The character cards are awesome, and all the characters can be easily and quickly upgraded, but there's not enough speed to play with pleasure.

Been playing for a few years and every once in while I notice a character that I know I pulled (has a badge) seemingly disappears from my inventory. Now I know I’m not crazy, and for what ever reason you keep removing characters I’ve spent time and resources on. Every 5*+ character I pull gets locked and I don’t get rid of them unless it’s a dupe. You are quite literally stealing from me as I have actually spent money on this game and earned those characters. Quit being slimy Klab.

The fillers have higher pull rates than the featured and you get screwed over everytime you summon. Not worth your time and you’re better off playing anything else.

I have played the game since launch, and it was once the best mobile game I’ve ever played. But sadly I think the game is no fun anymore. The game use to be fun but the developers have become extremely lazy, and have not done anything to make better changes to the game for a long time. And they have become extremely lazy with new characters. Some characters haven’t gotten new versions for years, while some (mostly female characters for fan service Cash grab) keep getting new units every couple months. So popular characters have been thrown in the dump. This game has become lazy and I can no longer recommend it.

I have been playing this game since the beginning and I really enjoy playing it there’s plenty of stuff to do and grind for but what bothers me the most about this game is the PVP I have spent loads of time grinding items/character dupes to build my PvP team up but what I don’t like is that in certain matches it’s basically a forced loss meaning my character will move towards the opponent while the opponent just stands there already hitting my normal attacks cause my character is 1 either running towards him for no apparent reason or spamming his sp moves which are useless in PvP thus forcing me to lose the match and what’s worse is that at times I don’t lose to someone that has better attacks or defense then me nope they’ll be 20k - 30k less then me and I lose still which isn’t fair to the players that actually build up they’re PvP teams and use lots of orbs to get dupes for the PvP character and links , in all honesty I think the developers should redo the PvP system for better results

All of my progress was deleted because of an update. I probably had +2,000$ and 4-5 years of progress deleted because of an update. I don’t know why. Don’t play this game and if you do don’t spend a single penny on this game. They can just remove all of your progress/money at any time. ( I never cheated or did anything that would have gotten me banned and they still took everything i had in this game away from me. Not even a message letting me know why.) so please don’t play this game.

This game does not save your data when you delete it. I deleted this game because it took up too much storage and I re downloaded it hoping to play again and nothing saved. I had so much stuff on my account.

I really enjoyed the game and the concept of it, however, on the ps4/5 version there was some error that doesn’t even let me play anymore, it says “error” when I try ps5. I seriously had decent progress. There are weird error moments. Good game otherwise if you like gacha

I started 8 years ago and they really started to milk the players. Massive power creep makes most of the older characters useless and it’s hard and and harder to get the same guild quest rewards. Good power creep involves new content better fitting new characters, rather than making the same game worse.
