Welcome to Blockwick 2—the next installment in the Blockwick universe. It’s up to you to unscramble the blocks and link the colors. The goal is simple. Move the shapes so that all the blocks of the same color are touching. A BEVY OF UNIQUE BLOCK TYPES - Locked blocks are bolted to the floor. - Entangled blocks are bound by quantum forces. - Sleeping blocks won’t budge until you wake them up. - Sticky blocks glom onto everything. - Caterpillar blocks are linked, slithering along as one. - Hypno blocks make other blocks go to sleep. - Flip blocks are multicolored and roll around. MULTIPLE LEVELS OF CHALLENGE You can take the easy road and simply connect all like-colored blocks. Or, for an extra challenge, you can link blocks over the mysterious symbols on the ground to attain illumination. Either way, your brain will appreciate the challenge. Crashes prevent completion

Very clever game, but it continuously crashes when trying to open Obscura Chapter 2 Level 16 (I think). The game loads into the level on boot so I can’t even skip from level select either. Disappointing to get locked out of the rest this deep into the game.

Frozen

Revived!

Also having trouble…

On iOS 16 with iPhone 10, original Blockwick works fine, but Blockwick 2 rotates 90 degrees briefly with every turn. I have tried uninstalling the app, then reinstalling, but the same problem.

Fun game broke itself

I’ve loved playing Blockwick 2 for several months and even purchased some of the additional game content after beating the main game. Ever since my phone updated to 1.16 the game will constantly try turning the screen after every move. It doesn’t matter if I have screen lock on. I’ve tried rebooting and reinstalling several times and it does nothing. Have to say I’m quite upset to see such a fun game removed from my phone for becoming unplayable.

I loved this app so much but now I can’t play it

I wish they could update to run on the new iOS 16. Every the screen is touched on y iPad, the screen rotates a full 360 degrees. EVERYTIME. It makes me nauseous. I will miss this game 😢

Won't work

Opened on iPhone. Doesn't rotate as much as on iPad, but just impossible to use. Rotates with every touch. Wondering why it can't be fixed.

Bug after update 16.1

Any time I touch a block or an input the screen rotates as if going into landscape then flips back. Every single touch does it. Makes it unplayable. Unfortunate. This is my go to time killer waiting in a dr. Office or on a train. Simple, fun, relaxing. But the app hasnt been updated in 6 years so it was bound to happen.

Problem after iPhone update

I love this as well as the original Blockwick. But Blockwick 2 went haywire after I updated my iPhone software to 16.1.1. Can no longer use it. Tried removing and reinstalling. Tried turning phone off and on. Nothing helps.

Highly Addictive

I purchased “Blockwick 2” years ago. I completed all the puzzles including Obscura. Then I deleted the app. I was looking for a puzzles app and saw it here. So, I re-downloaded it and I love it. I just wish they would make more puzzles.

This is the best Series of puzzle games that I have ever done

I went through every puzzle in Blockwick, Blockwick 2, and Obscura. I loved them. I would happily pay for more of the Obscura level puzzles.... I wonder how many people have gone through the entire series illuminating every one of them... loved it!

Better than I First Thought

I LOVE the first Blockwick game! I couldn't get into this for a long while after purchasing, but have now completed every level (w/illumination) & will likely buy the Obscura pack. I still miss the ambience and darker style of the original Blockwick, but have really enjoyed the all the new elements and challenges of Blockwick 2.

Awesome!

I had a really great time with this game. Played it on the subway and have now beat every level. I don't plan on paying the $3.99 for obscura, but you never know. Really fun to pass the time.

Fun game

*Bug fixed in patch, still the most enjoyable puzzle game I've played. Doesn't feel as redundant as other games tend to. Currently working on Obscura.* Enjoyable game. Finished all of Blockwick 2, but Basics level 9-16 crashes when I solve it making it impossible to get past. Haven't tried Obscura, but I wanted to finish Basics first.

Fun Challenges

Keep crashing

Keep crashing when the last game in the second chapter is completed with iOS 9.2. Reinstalling makes no difference. Is that hard to fix the bug? Very disappointed with no action by the maker so far.

I have waited FOUR YEARS!!

Update: I am really disgusted by negative reviews that simply hinge on the game being "too hard". Really people, if you don't like the hard puzzles do the easy ones. Don't rate low because they didn't dumb it down for the rest of us! Confession: I am a Kiefer Bros/Blockwick Megafan! From the incredible music, relaxing sounds and sights, and unmatched production values, Blockwick is one of only a few games that saved iPad gaming for me. We are all used to wading through crappy, cash grab games with IAPs that look like they were made by two year olds. For puzzle fans like myself it is very disheartening. Blockwick also came at a time in my life where I was very stressed and depressed with work. I'm not saying it helped me out of the depression or anything, but it was sure nice to have challenging game to look forward to when I got home. When I finished the game I reset all my progress and started over right from the beginning: this is part of the appeal; each new level seems to add an additional layer of challengeas new ideas are dropped in like it's cake. It's pretty shocking considering most games on the App Store are made with one good idea at Max: Blockwick has many! This new game, in addition to the great ideas of the first adds a whole new level of replayability! I LOVE finding the pearl in each level, but now you can also finish the board in a specific way to illuminate special runes. BRILLIANT! The only complaint I could possibly level about the new game is that I prefer the visual design of the old one slightly more. Very minor complaint though :-) Buy it now or you may die thinking the app store had no good games. You would be wrong and only because Blockwick and Minotron do exist!! Thank you for revisiting this amazing game Kiefer Bros!!!

Puzzle Time

This is by far my favorite set of puzzles. Had my family fly here for the holidays and now my sister is addicted to it. This game is exceptionally challenging and complex.

Best Puzzle Game Ever!!!

Keifer Bros. really know how to create awesome games! The puzzles are challenging, there is no timer to create stress and the graphics are beautiful! I have purchased all of their games and enjoy them daily. I hope they keep adding puzzles to Blockwick because it is my favorite!

Great game, left me hoping for a Blockwick3

Blockwick2 & Basic is a great game. I enjoy problem solving, so this game was a fun one for me. I liked that each level of the game was harder than the last. I completed Blockwick2 & then Basics. After I solved all of the puzzles, I went back through & solved them all using the "glyphs" for a harder version of the same game. Hoping that there are many more Blockwick games in the future. I have to admit, after I had solved all of them twice, it left me wanting more.

Visually Elegant and Challenging

December 1, 2015 I've been playing now for two months and I find the game challenging, but not impossible (even the sticky blocks), like some have complained. The design and music help set a relaxing mood and they truly help me get my mind off work for a while.

Great game except for crashes!

I find this a great, very addictive game. But it has now begun to crash upon startup, and despite re-starting the game and iPad multiple times, the problem persists. So frustrating, especially for such a well-developed game.
