SCAM ALERT!!!!

This app is a joke! Bought in and earned the max “SC Return” of 500SC. Logged on after waiting the 24 hours and they gave me 2.5SC free and wanted me to purchase the remaining 497.5SC for $497. Complete waste of money and time and the way they word their “promotions” makes it seem like you’ll be reimbursed up to a certain amount of play like some of the other apps do. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, PAY, or PLAY THIS APP!!!

BEWARE!! PROCESSING FEE RIPOFF!

UPDATE: requested a payout 3 days ago and still nothing. Their AI chat bot told me that the funds had to clear “security” and “Anti-money laundering” before they’d be released. They also mentioned that if they didn’t clear it, the funds would be put back in my player account. Complete ripoff! Haven’t had this issue with any other cash paid app. They charge a 10% processing fee for a bank transfer! This is the absolute highest fee I’ve seen for similar casino apps. Won’t be using it anymore.

LEGIT! Money in my PayPal in less than 5 minutes!

I downloaded this a while back, but the first day I used this app I was able to hit the $5 minimum to withdraw just from using the free daily SC and the free sign-up SC. I’ve cashed out multiple times and the money always is in my PayPal account in less than 5 minutes!

Redemption issues

Frustrated and feel used So I’ve played this fam a lot and made a few withdraws with no issues but I recently won 12k. I was excited but the redeem tries have wore me down. They keep saying anti money laundring but if they seen my gam play you would see I’ve spent a lot lost a lot and won a lot. I believe this is an excuse So before you tell me where to send an email I did that with no response also I have sent many request thru your so called customer service it’s horrible. I guess your not gonna pay me but I will keep posting and complaining tell something is done. Btw don’t tell me to take 200 out at a time. Still haven’t gotten my payout! Even though it says successful!

This slot game really likes to try to give people issues. The first time you try to cash out they try to screw you. This happened to me last time also before they switched the name and app to this one. I redeemed $60 and of corse it says successful then I got into my bank app and no $60 to be found. Then you try to get help from there chat bot and they can’t do anything for you. You can’t even type the actual issue. I WANT MY MONEY! SCAMMERS! I’m also noticing some reviews are fake to! Just stay away from this one trust me you won’t receive your money.

I just recently opened the account, I was able to cash out once with no issues . The second time I cashed out they still have not redeemed my payment and then I noticed on my account the next day , it says unusual activity on your account. I'm not even sure why whejbthiscis a new app that I just started. I never had this issue with any other app. Not recommended

No customer service

The only customer service they have is a stupid computer that goes around in circles and doesn’t answer any questions. The most ridiculous and slowest freaking app I’ve ever seen it’s dumb. It’s just a computer that operates the customer service. Never ask answers the questions you ask never let you actually talk to a customer service representative. It’s just an infinite loop repeating the same question over and over and over again and getting nowhere.

You can win money but they will make it next to impossible to redeem it and send you fake excuses

So I won a 6500 spin on a 4 dollar spin on Alice wonder luck and I couldn’t believe it, but trying to redeem the money? Has been ext to impossible, even though it says I can take up to 10k a day out, they are telling me to take out 200 at a time and each time I go to try and redeem funds it gets stuck in processing for two days, so I never am able to withdraw the money. It pisses me Off because I’ve never had problems withdrawing in the past and now that it’s more than 500 dollars they keep saying it has to go through a manual review process to make Sure it’s not money laundering. If you don’t actually want to pay out on these spins then don’t allow those types of wins! This is ridiculous. I won the money fair and square and have since pumped it all back into the game and won it all back again twice over so I don’t know why you won’t let me redeem it. Sucks.

No Actual Customer Support

Up until several "new" games suddenly appeared in the app...this was fun. Then new games suddenly appeared yet not one of them are able to be opened or played. When trying to do so, all that is continued to show is "unable to download try again later". If this were for only one game or if you could actually open the game later on that would be one thing. However this has been a multi day numerous times a day with every "new" game that appeared. Trying to obtain a simple answer as to why none of them work is impossible.
