Currently one of the best game in the genre, complex strategy, and the maps are thoughtfully made. SOS, WOS and all of their clone dont even came close. RoK and CE is the most enjoyable for me 👍. Keep it up!

No game updates in over a year, only passes and heroes to buy. All taps/clicks go online to their server so every single time you tap, there is a delay and this also makes you have to tap multiple times. also, game lags sometimes and assumes you are holding down, even though you are not.

Horrible customer service .. if you have a issue ,, forget, really 0 start.. this game are designed for stealing $$.. and customer service not respond or help when need help. Think above before starting to play. Tried to fixed a problem for over 2 week and still not fixed and never fixed after a year.. Every day something different. Different lie . Alway same respond , will investigate. after 48 hours messenger deleted, never recive the help. never get fix the issue.

Game has major bugs and developers do not care. They developed a new world, awesome concept. When implemented it had major bugs making it unplayable for many. Customer service did not care, fix it during the event, or even attempt to make it right with long term players. On top of that, the developers referenced their terms od service, which say they do not promise to deliver working software. HAO dies not care about game quality and only getting your money via micro transactions.

Game is awesome, developers are not updating their servers as they make the game more complex. So its crashes every few minutes, during wars clicks dont go through until minures have passed by. I am writing this review during a war, as my game is freezing up. And we are losing because of it. We paid money into the fame, to win. This is cheating. People will leave like this, and another game would die.

I barely played 1 hour. It made me feel uncomfortable, every time I clicked on something I got dumped into an unavoidable tutorial constantly interrupting, forcing to do or go to other instances of the game. Make the tutorial optional! Or at least let players put it on hold for a moment! I didn't even get to see what I wanted to see because of the tutorial. Now it takes me to a map that crashes and I can't avoid it! The game would be fun if it wasn't for the tutorial.

You would think the response time is crucial in a competitive online game.
