I was almost on level 3000 and the game would not open. I had to remove and reinstall to get it to work. It pushed me all the way back to level 1. I do not see a way to recover the account. I reached out to support but did not hear back. I even paid for ad removal and have lost everything. I'm very sad since I play this every night and dont want to start over.

This app is built not to give you good past time but to disgust. Its broken, out of nowhere ads suddenly play and destroy your game in the middle. When you have all the colors in slot, the game will send out long color that doesnt have your color bullet. The extras most of the time doesnt play ads. Instance that after ad plays, you go back to continue the game, it resets. So you want players to pay? Hell NO if the app has a lot of irregularities. HORRIBLE PAST TIME. TIME TO UNINSTALL.

You cannot really play this game without using ads. You need them to unlock cannons and use bonus items. The problem is sometimes the ads are broken leaving no way to exit the ad and return to the game, or no way to claim the reward. Sometimes the ad doesn't load either. So it can make the game unplayable.

Lately, after I beat a level (ex..345) the screen glitches and the cartoon cat moves rapidly. It freezes there and if you press the back button the screen goes black. You have to close and restart the game. It's a rip off to have to replay them after beating a very difficult board, watching long ads and using my boosters. I liked it until it recently got some artwork changes and pointless animations. The game was fine and I've killed dozens of hours in it. but the devs lost sight of "this was a simple game which allowed you to shut your brain off" but now the extra animations (particularly the pointless thumbs up when a cannon depletes) keep one from entering "Zen mode" as there's extra to have to try to ignore. and the new art has a cheap feel like someone had a few ai credits lying around to be rid of.

Ads to win. Artificially difficult in order to make you watch ads. Not quite my tempo. Also, the app is bugged. if you've got the speed turned up when you finish the level, the health runs out faster than the cannons shoot the snake, then it bugs out and the game freezes. Imagine not fixing that.
