Disappointing

I absolutely loved this online casino. The variety games was unbelievable and the payouts were true payouts. I spent my share money, but I did receive some good payouts. I enjoyed this game so much then my account got frozen. I have been waiting now for almost a week for my account to be unfrozen they have verified all the information several times I talked to 20. different people are telling me they appreciate my patience. Well, my patience has ran out. They have money sitting in my game where I had won. I withdrew some of it and of course, then my account got frozen. It was a mistake which I explained to them completely and they still say they are researching it. They have all my information as I have played the game like I. sad for almost a year there’s no reason why they couldn’t unfreeze the account very disappointed as I love this Casino. Don’t pay out

I went to do a pay had alittle issue with verification at first but it finally worked then when I went to do pay out they said thank you for your first redemption, went to bed woke up and was blocked from account and said redemption transaction cancelled all over 20 dollars would hate to see what would happen with a big pay out, wait you won’t get it!!

I’m new here. They advertise real good with all the glamour and glitz but as soon as i put at least 100$. I win zero. Won big, couldn’t verify my account

I won nearly $1400. First time I won that high. I went to redeem my email address was disabled and asked if I could change it. They said they had to do a facial recognition and they’ll send me a link. I waited hours for the link and kept asking. They said it would take a bit longer. I would continue to go back and get the exact same response over and over for nearly 12+ hours. I woke up the next morning and my account was closed and I couldn’t log in. $1400 gone. And the said part is I put in $50 to play.

In my experience, their promotions are extremely misleading. I’m a Gold member, which means I’ve played a lot on this app, and I’ve lost more money than I can even think about—well over $10,000. Every time I play, it feels like the games are designed to take your money rather than give you a fair chance to win. untrustworthy app

the app was cool at the start you could put in little amounts and get nice wins, then i ran into a few glitches which caused unauthorized purchases when i wasn’t even playing the game, i contacted support and they basically put my account on hold for 2 weeks until i stated that i made all the purchases myself knowingly, they froze all the redemptions and balance i couldn’t play any games or do anything so basically had to… after my account was unfrozen they took every bonus i was getting daily and now i get nothing but losses… this app is definitely scammy i don’t recommend it to anyone (hit literally 0.2x multipliers every session ive tried playing) if you’ve played you know you have to wager the sc amount before redeeming anything so hitting 0.2x multipliers every session basically leaves you with nothing to redeem…

Caught Cider Stealing my money

I have a screenshot video of Cider Casino stealing my money. Had $3 dollars. I was playing 10 cents games Flashing Fortune. I would bet 10 cents and the reel would spin. As soon as the reel stopped spinning. It would take another 10 cents from me. Cider Casino stole $1.50 from me. I didn’t lose it playing a game. $1.50 is not a lot of money but if they’re doing that to a million players. The money adds up

VPN Requirement

Unfortunately, Cider Casino requires that the player disables those playing on an IPhone to disable their VPN. The VPN protects the user from hackers and from having their private information stolen. I chose to NOT disable mine. No other cash game has asked me to do this. Sounds fishy to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not download and waste your money. Game glitch

Game charged you $.10 when you press spin but as soon as it’s done spinning, it charges you an extra $.10 so in all reality the game says you’re only spending $.10 a spin but you’re not you’re paying $.20. It’s double charging you which is kind of a rip off

Honestly this game is NOTHING compared to all the other options to play and win real money from. I have downloaded and un downloaded this game a minimum of 4 times. Thinking each time it will have gotten better, wrong! In all my years of playing I have never had a game that I haven’t successfully cashed out with my winnings. I have never even won enough from playing these games to cash out. I highly suggest playing elsewhere or playing carefully. Don’t recommend at all.

Don’t bother

It’s a legitimate app, it pays out. But after the first few wins your wins come few and far between. It’s just like most sweeps casinos, they lure you in with a few wins and then they start taking it back. The slots are not rng based, they have to be rigged by player ID, the more you spend the more you win but you’ll never beat the house if you don’t quit immediately after a win. I’m still up on my winnings, I’m not speaking from a sore loser, I just notice a pattern and got out while I was ahead. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Stake, Gleaming, Tang and Cider are all the same and I bet the other ones are too but I’ve never played them so I can’t say for sure.

I came across an ad on FB last night 7-3-2026 and I looked at the comments and they were saying fastest payout, that this was the only app they would vouch for. Worst customer service and they accuse you of lying

At first I loved this game. I played for a couple of months. Until, I spent $50 on a game that was .88 cents per spin. It took me about $50 to win a bonus game that when it asked me to chose what bonus game I wanted to play came up saying network error please reload when I reloaded the game was gone. I messaged them and was told I played the game and won $1 and that I just wasn’t happy with the outcome. So, they call their customers liars, don’t care and don’t listen! STAY AWAY!!
