overall a great game, but they removed wild cards from card mastery. also matchmaking is rigged, if you win 13 times in a row they send somebody that has a credit card after you. also to maintain a 50% win rate they will pay you against certain combinations of cards specifically to make you lose. however if you actually have skill like me they have to send somebody who has money. using overleveled stuff to force somebody to lose is a pitiful move.

After a period of playing you realize it's rigged. The system in the game decides who is to win even if all the odds are in your favor. sometimes when you are about to win the system fails like completely and you are logged out of the game or your troops just pop during the game and it's like you didn't pick any at all or it just lags on your side while your opponent gets the chance to win against you while you can do absolutely nothing. This game makes it so obvious that the matchmaking is rigged. It doesn't matter how good or bad you are or what decks you use, Supercell decides if you win or lose. Ive confirmed this with the witch. every time I include witch in my deck instantly Ive been paired with someone that has cards that easily counter the witch like golden knight and valkyrie. and there's absolutely nothing you can do to defend your towers. Its so bs and the matchmaking system needs to change.

As a mostly free to play player who barely has any Evo or hero cards and barely any lvl 16 cards, it isn't fun playing against all these max level 16 decks and overpowered Evos and heroes. Some have such strong abilities that aren't fun to play against it makes the game worse. My whole deck can get hard countered by just 1 or 2 cards and I can't do anything. Dropping to 1 star. I love not being able to use the cards I want because everyone else uses the same decks over and over and over. 0 stars

Really great game with no ads. You can really have alot of fun without paying for any microtransactions. Since cards are stronger than others, but the balancing is overall not bad. I used to love this game with a passion before I left. Everything was grindy & I had time. The best thing for f2p was the season shop. I come back later to rejoin the fandom: It's gone. Now, you make little to no progress with items or card levels, making it harder to climb. PLEASE BRING BACK SEASON SHOP!!!! edited: I like the new lvl up system for progression better > before. It requires a lot of wild cards and coins to make 5 lvls for people like me in arena 30 w/ lvl 11s and higher.

Clash Royale - A Disgrace to Mobile Games

Listen, the concept of Clash Royale honestly makes it probably the best mobile game of all time. This game was basically chess made super fun, and the game was headed towards a really good direction. Over time however supercell started adding new features that gave biases to those who pay for them, at first they were bearable, and even sometimes a nice fresh addition. But overtime Supercell kept adding, leaning towards this new era of adding more and more every single season, so much so that there are now over 100’s of complete biases. Truly they had the gaming community in the palm of their hands, especially in the Jynxzi era where their revenue had climbed to an all time high, and the community finally felt aligned. But, nevertheless, supercell made their decision: The intense desire for money over holding a steady player base. I truly love this game, and am a lifelong player, but truthfully, I hate you Supercell.

Fun game

While this game is fun and needs strategy, it’s actually annoying the amount of people who pay for extra levels and cheat codes. People who actually put in the work to level up and get their cards higher are put against people who pay money to have “special cards” that are impossible to defeat. if you want to enjoy playing this game, you need to either have expendable income to throw at it or enjoy losing because for some reason, every single update they release requires another $20 at least just to keep up each month. If you are trying to start playing this game and you are new then you would have a better chance picking up chess for the first time to try and beat Magnus Carlson in one month.

first thing you need to do is nerf the hero wizard it is the most unbalanced thing the fact that he can just solo entire pushes the whole game. Next thing you have to do is make 5 star drops actually exiting again i’ve gotten 5 stars and gotten things like barbarians… like are we serious. And also in general take the idea of hero’s out there litteraly a combination of evos and champions, foes that even sound balenced when i say it. The irony is that people will spend money on the game if they like playing it, so this part is not necessary, but they do this on every game mode. You can count on experiencing no sound for no reason, planned losing streaks, wrong troop deployment, delayed troop deployment, the worst card cycles to have you lose, and spells that are worthless. You will need 2 spells to take out enemy troops while you opponent will always have all the right moves and spells to create elixir advantages There is also a non existent customer service Sounds like fun you say! You need to fix your 2v2 matches. This is no fun. My last 20 games alone are all losses because my duo either stops playing randomly, rage quits after we get a tower taken, or just leaves for no reason during the match. Fun, but very much P2W

It’s such a fun game, but there’s a point in the game where if you don’t pay for the premium cards and evolutions, you are gonna be at a severe disadvantage. They’ll say you can earn them ingame but it takes a lot of grinding and repetition: And given you are just stuck playing against players who have already paid for these premium cards, skill starts to not matter as you will be outmatched by far more powerful cards and abilities. Really disappointing.
