They clearly stated that if you pay for the golden ticket, you will continue the level for free, but the purchase won’t process until you back out of the level so that was a lie, I spent $10 so I could continue the level and still couldn’t and I’ve spent a lot of money already on this game

I don’t know why I even still play this game

I’m currently on level 4900. A lot of the levels repeat which is annoying because the ones I struggled with, I have to struggle with again a second and third time. A few days ago, I had 3 different win streaks in the game, and the timer ran out. I bought a booster to continue. Not only did I get charged 3x even tho the first 2x it told me “you have not been charged!”, I bought the golden ticket to continue that same level (the colors on the gates switched so I couldn’t slide the block thru), BEAT the level, went to open my prizes for the golden ticket, then went back to play the game, and it told me I failed the level? So I lost all three of my win streaks (rainbow fest, pilots drop, and the block multiplayer x100). I was P I S S E D! Reached out to the support chat in game and it game me an automated message which was no help. I really do hate this game and idk why I continue to play it. I guess more out of habit than anything else. The repeating levels and as someone else said, “impossible timers” are enough to delete this game fr. If they’d fix that it’d b better

IF you can get old version from 2004 and block it from internet it is fun. however, at some level you will have to unlock internet as from some level you can not pass without extra help. when you pass that you will reach levels you can not win unless you pay money. why 1★? you can not play again levels. once you reached p2p level game is useless.

Love the game but hate the update

I do really like this game but the recent updates have reduced the timer to a minute and increased the complexity of the levels which makes them unnecessarily difficult to beat without power ups or coins for extra time. I like the challenge but with one minute is just not enough time!

Please let me know if you want to enter a class action lawsuit on game forcing you to buy power ups. Once you reach a certain level they only give you 1 minute to complete puzzles that cannot be completed in that short amount of time. Also, the help contact us doesn’t respond.

Glitched and no response from customer service

I was on a level where I bought the 30-day pass to finish the level and it glitched and wouldn’t allow me to finish the level. I was assuming it was because the pass didn’t go through, but of course they did charge my credit card. When I went into play the level again, it gave me the extra minute minus the normal time to finish the level. I don’t gamble for this very reason. When you win, you’re winning. If you lose one time, it is impossible when you’re in the higher levels to continue playing. You have to spend money in order to pass the levels. With no response from customer service, I’m done investing in this game.

Levels are way too hard

I used to love this game, but as I have gotten in the higher levels(over 1650), they are impossible to win unless you use gold. I refuse to spend money just for the reason they are trying to force you to. I refuse to watch any videos because I know they make money for each one I watch. Sucks not made for good people

I never purchase stuff in games. I took a chance now I have almost $60 for nothing when it was supposed to $4.99. Also once you get to a high level there is no passing it unless you spend money. Getting impossible

I’m with everyone else. This was probably my favorite phone game ever, and now in the 1600s (I’m glad other people have pointed this out) the timers are impossible. I also noticed a while back that the “hard” levels were actually easier than the blue ones, and if I look up tips, sometimes the “regular” level I’m playing was rated hard for somebody else. In YouTube tutorials the players get like double the time I’m getting. I was wondering if it was a glitch and was hoping the new download would fix it, but nope. And I’m not paying for anything else on here. It’s too bad because it’s fun to play and I would even pay a one time app fee just to have the game, but right now it’s just not fun anymore.

All of a sudden you have only 1 minute per level

I loved this game but near level 1600 it gets impossible to win. You are expected to finish complex levels in one minute. It is discouraging losing all my lives to a game I can’t win. I looked up on YouTube to see how can this be done and it seems timer used to give more time for these levels and they have now cut the time to nearly half! I have spent hours on a single level and this is completely destroying the experience.

Nice, challenging game

I like the game and it is engaging and challenging. It has many opportunities to receive helpful tools. The problem I have with the game is that it often freezes up and the progress of the ongoing game is lost. Usually I have to shut down my iPad in order to unblock the game.

Scam

I couldn’t take it and had to delete. The levels stop being do-able after a certain point. The ads are now actual scams and phishing ads claiming your iPhone was hacked and having it auto pull up a number to call a fake apple support and wont let you click off the tab due to the amount of popups. It’s fun but very glitchy

I have enjoyed this game but lately the game has been very glitchy. It shuts the app down in the middle of a game and it freezes so you can’t move any of the pieces. It becomes more frustrating than enjoyable.

Decreasing timer amount

Rollic the developer continually gets greedier. have played this game for a long time, am on a high level and do spend money such as activating the block pass for $10 and sometimes buying more lives. but now the developers continually repeat levels but lower the timer by 20 or more seconds, so I've spent so much time on certain levels to "practice" over and over again, how to move my finger so very quickly (and hope that no blocks glitch by not moving with your finger) as I refuse to buy more time, which is what they want you to do to complete it in the very very restrictive time given . so it's no longer a realistically challenging game but rather a source of incredible frustration, trying to move past certain levels. so I am deleting it. They weren't satisfied with the amount of money I was consistently spending: they were trying to get more, and will do the same to you

Still getting the unethical and illegal auto redirect ads from this game. Despite multiple reviews like this I have not seen a response from the company. They simply delete what they don’t want. Froze games & unresponsive customer help

Spent hundreds of US dollars in this game, couldn’t get any help when issues occurred and get a refund. Apple can’t help, either, due to privacy concerns or something. Very frustrating.

Don't play most recent version if you don't want sound at open.

Just opened game after updating and sound settings (music, effects, haptics) had all been turned back on - blasting noise over the audio I had been listening to, at several levels louder than that audio. Had to wait through 30+ seconds of in-game pop-ups to clear before I could access the settings menu on the main screen. Too much noise, too many pop ups. Don't know if the newest version is any good yet, because this unnecessary clutter makes me want to close the game, if not delete it completely, rather than play. Updates shouldn't need to reset game settings.

If you advance too far (or just too quickly?) the time gets stuck around 1:05 per level, which makes some levels impossible without using power-ups or spending money. There have been some recent changes, some for the good, but one, however, I think is horrible, and it's the COLOR PALLETTE CHANGING?? I like the game itself, but the ads are too much. 90% of the ads are for the same stupid game that I have no interest in and the ads are way too flipping long, they require visiting the Play store every time, usually multiple times before you can move past the ad. After a while, the game gives you much shorter time than usual to complete levels. Normally it should give 3 minutes to pass a level, but it gives only 2 minutes, making it impossible to pass. As in there's frozen gates,After clearing the 11 colours to open the frozen L.blue gate, there's 3 L. blue blocks left and 3 turquoise, to open the frozen turquoise gate (14 blocks total) I'd need to get the rid all L.blue ones but after the first block the metal gate moves over the L. ok. first things first, the game is fine. gameplay is fine, it introduces new things at an ok rate and keeps each puzzle fresh. what I don't like about game play is the bombs. they give you seconds to figure out a solve before it goes off and it's an auto fail when it does. take a second and examine each puzzle beforehand because a bomb will trip you up. be careful before starting each puzzle. also always watch the ad for double coins. eventually your going to be watching ads so just double up.

Unstable app
