I really enjoy this game and it’s challenges. But, sometimes life happens and I need to stop a level before finishing it. I’m disappointed that I can not leave the level when necessary and then resume the level later at the same point. If I need to leave a level before finishing, I have to start the level from the beginning.

The game itself is fun, but there are sooo many ads that pop up so often - even in the middle of levels! - it’s too frustrating. I’ve never seen a game with so many ads! I’m deleting it after only a week.

I really enjoyed this game, got addicted for a few weeks. I don’t mind ads between levels or when watching them earns coins. But recently they started running ads mid game. It comes off as an optional way to earn coins but the ads play even if you decline and then you don’t get coins. Also there have been more Amazon and Walmart ones that automatically open web links and I cannot stand it! After so many, I had to delete the app. Bummer because I really enjoyed the game.

i wrote a review a few months ago hoping that something would change and i’m reporting back that nothing has changed. the ads are just as bad. i should not have to be forced to watch an ad mid game after i already clicked NO and then not even receive a reward for sitting through an ad i didn’t want to in the first place.

I don’t mind watching ads after levels to keep the game free. What I DO have a problem with is being interrupted mid-level asking IF I WANT TO watch an ad to earn coins or power-ups, DECLINING to watch an ad for that bonus, then BEING FORCED TO WATCH AN AD ANYWAY and not getting any bonus for it! That is just unacceptable. It’s also annoying that I can’t choose to save ad-skip tickets for when I want to use them. I would much rather watch ads to unlock power-ups and save my tickets to unlock picture puzzles (which are the whole reason I downloaded the game—the base game of sorting into boxes is boring).

Ads were already a lot to deal with, but I do because I know what you get for a free game. However, at about level 150 they’ve become completely out of control. The ad at the bottom of the screen pops up non stop. So I constantly have to swipe it back down. I don’t know if it’s the shadow of my hand that’s triggering it but it hasn’t done it until recently. It’s so frustrating. It’s a shame because I find this game rather addictive. Update: I just went ahead and paid for no ads just to get rid of the bottom ad to stop popping up. Now I can’t watch an ad to get any help while playinga level that is too hard to pass. Once I run out of game coins, I have to pay or lose the level. So, I guess I am about done.

The game glitches constantly and ads will interrupt game play. Contacting anyone from support is impossible. They post how to get support but the app doesn’t allow you to upload your screen recording to show proof of the issues. The support team is always offline and not worth the download.

I really really enjoy this game (am addicted basically) and i keep trying to play it but the ads…. Counted 12+ads between rounds many times. Then It looked like ads are done, & 3 others pop up, over and over. I get so frustrated i quit and play another day. I don’t mind a reasonable # of ads but …. this is insane. For sure won’t buy any in game items if i only play one round each time i try.

I deleted this game because the rewards are now locked behind a pay wall. They’ve made it so you have to spend money in order to keep playing. I was ok when they nerfed the rewards per level. I was ok when they did it again. But now this whole new pay wall thing, is a bit wild. I played it for over a year. It was my go to game.

This used to be my favorite game until they changed the way they do the ads. Now they make you watch a short ad instead of opting out and it is making the game freeze up. I will be 6 levels into a 7 level challenge and lose everything because it freezes. Frustrating!!!!

The game isn’t even trying to hide the fact that they’re forcing us to watch extra ads. There was still a cube spot left when I was forced to use a rescue to watch an add. Once or twice is a fluke but almost every level now? No thanks. Uninstalling now. I used to LOVE this game. They ruined it with forcing ads when unnecessary.

I deleted this game at level 165. I’m happy to play through difficult levels, and I enjoy the challenge. I don’t mind watching ads along the way, even. However, when a level is constructed in such a way that it becomes almost impossible to finish due to the way boxes are stacked - even using four powerups there was no way to complete it - I can only conclude that the goal is to force people waste their money buying more. So I’m done.

The game is fun but way too many ads. Some of the ads show the x to get back to the game but when you hit the X it just tries to force you to dl that game. The game itself is great. The ads are ridiculous. Cut the amount of ads/ and the fake Xs that just bring you to their sites. And cut the amount of time you have to wait for the ad to finally be over. Getting annoying.

I really like this game, but the ads are nonstop. You are frequently given the opportunity to watch an ad for a bonus, and when you click no you get an ad anyway, but no reward! And sometimes ads just pop up in the middle of a level. I get that developers need to make money, but this is an intrusive number of ads.

This is a fun game and I’m enjoying it a lot, but there’s a couple of things that are really putting me off of it. One is that when the track gets full, it says choose an option but it only gives you about 5 seconds to choose and then it closes the game and you either have to start over or use a lot of points to get to resume the game. You have no time to consider what your options are and how many points it will take or you can spend money to give you alternatives. The other is that the ads are interminable and even when you are given an arrow for the next screen, it frequently doesn’t respond and you have to wait for another 15 seconds to move out of it. I realize you don’t have any control over those, but you can advise your advertisers that you are losing customers because of it. Thank you!

This is one of the better puzzle games I have found. Good challenge, fun, and you want to keep playing. But recently it has been ruined by excessive ads. Ads in between levels. Ads during levels. Ads when you leave the game for a second to answer a text or phone call. Ads. It is very nice that the developer responds to comments but they are missing that they’ve ruined the game by the excessive amount of ads. Playing through a level and having an ad pop up is so frustrating when you are right in the middle of a game. Having it happen multiple times a game has me thinking I may have to move on to other games. And the ads crash the game now, so it’s really becoming not worth it. I don’t need to report that the ad is crashing I need the developer to cut back on the excessive amount of pulling away from the game. Once the best puzzle game I could find, now just another game that I can play until an ad pops up and I just close it and move on to something else.
