A neat new puzzle concept and a relaxing, clean presentation got me to buy permanent ad removal after a few levels so I could settle in. Therefore, can't comment on ad usage. Really enjoying the game itself, but it has been stuffed with every microtransaction, daily/timed challenges/purchases, subscription club and currencies you could imagine from other mobile games. Some of it is nice but I'm just trying to enjoy the game here, and it's letting me so far.

Game is fun but there's now ads between every puzzle. They rope you in by having no ads for a while, and then after you're hooked they slam you with them constantly. I'm going back to the old/worse version (which has been delisted) until they change this. Despicable.

I'd even buy no ad if it was cheaper but it's unreasonably expensive. not letting you play without internet connection is crazy work, thanks for not letting me enjoy your game.

This is a nice app. Got curious when I read minesweeper so I tried playing the game and it was great! Though it feels like the ads are a bit intrusive and frequent. Somtimes the app even redirects to another different app while I am playing the puzzle so it breaks concentration and is annoying.

stuck.. enjoyed so far but I'm at a point now where it says sticker complete.. if I click 'go to sticker book' screen shows a sticker pack with animated tear off at the top.. however, the screen is greyed out with a square at the bottom. Nothing on screen, or the square respond to any screen taps.. I can't get behind this so can progress no further.. am I doing something wrong or is the game broken? NB cleared the cache, data + uninstalled reinstalled. Issue persists :( 27 Jul.. Seems fixed ta.

by far the best puzzle game on Android. 1 in app purchase to remove ads, I highly recommend. 0 pay to win purchases, everything is solvable with logic. many rule combinations keep the game very fun and highly replayable. there are leaderboards, time based challenges and seasonal 1v1 mode for those chasing that sort of thing. for those that aren't, the entire game maintains a relaxed fulfilling puzzle solving identity. the devs are great, engaged, and consistently improving the game. 10/10 (enke)

I played on the original app and I thought it was pretty great, so I was initially disappointed to be starting over on this one. After playing this one a lot though, I gotta say that they've made good improvements over the original. Greying out completed clues is such a little thing but it's so helpful for identifying where to look next, and I think the controls are more intuitive than the beta ones I liked in the original. I also like that there seem to be more dark themes to choose from!

This is actually worth buying: Very good gameplay and dense enough that you'll never get bored. That said, the ad supported option is actually very good, they are all extra short and skippable and don't appear too often. This second version of Colorsweeper has the same core mechanics that I loved about the first, with a couple of new rules to spice things up. However, what I loved so much about the original was not just the gameplay, but the clean design. Every explanation was concise. Every icon was clean and each screen was unambiguous. There was almost nothing I could think to change, except small, peripheral things. This new version is the opposite. A mess if unwanted additions and strange choices.

As a program, the new version of ColorSweeper is a clear improvement over the original, with respect to the main game. The new tokenization is somewhat baffling, though, with bottle caps (tip of the hat to Fallout, I guess), tickets, stickers, puzzle pieces, canvasses, paint reservoirs... Maybe overkill in this department. Also, I'm a veteran of the old game, and I'd like the opportunity to choose harder levels rather than proceed through what so far has been a very long training.

Very well made and fun to play! Adds a nice twist to sudoku, and there are so many new different rules and combos, so it never gets boring. The levels are made perfectly to help us understand the rules, and I like how the difficulty doesn't just spike too hard straight away, and it's also not too easy to feel repetitive. This app was perfect until the most recent update. Cute paint roller characters and some of the best puzzle gameplay I've seen on mobile in ages. The ads were optional and tasteful, meaning I didn't mind them. I was happy to support such excellent game design. After the update of 03/26, the app is broken, the puzzles inaccessible, the UI riddled with unskippable ads, and the language settings appear to be partially in Korean. Whether the app was sold or hacked, it has lost its soul. Fix it.

I love how challenging it is, some levels are more tedious than others, but the good news is that there are a lot of types of levels so you can change to one you prefer pretty easily, and once you have 10 or more sections done for a given type, you can return to it at any time and just keep playing that one if you really liked it. You do need an internet connection to load new levels, so if you're playing a level and lose connection, the next level won't load.
