I’ve been waiting since Friday for my instant transfer and you cannot speak to a human and there is not a phone number to call .if you text support you get an AI that will not answer your questions and ask if you want to speak to someone and then you do not have an option to type anything anymore. I’ve tried to speak to a human since Friday with no luck. I will be completely shocked if the money actually shows up. Once you open a new account they pay to get you into there trap. They manipulate the game to make you think you’re going to win. It’s all a lie. $50 is the minimum to be able to deposit and they take almost a week to approve it. You will never be able to communicate with a live agent. It’s all a lie. The good reviews you see is when you win at the beginning and it pops up only at that time, obviously.

Pretty sure they deleted my first review so i’ll just post it again and save it to my notes this time so I can repost anytime it’s deleted. This app is 100% a scam they lure you in by giving you huge wins when you make your first purchase of SC the in game currency equivalent to the $. Started with a $50 purchase got up to over 6000 SC essentially over $6000 within the first hour of playing. I would repeatedly hit bonus after bonus. Now the RTP is horrendous I have dumped in 100’s of $ into hitting 1 bonus in the same amount of time I would hit 10 in the beginning. In summary they give you huge returns int he beginning and then you’ll struggle to win anything after that. Do not waste your money on this app. Get a crypto wallet and play on Stake.us you will get fast payouts and will be able to convert that crypto into cold hard USD.

I don’t know if there’s a way to search my past reviews, or if the App Store connect previous reviews of a company to current reviews however that being said if not I suggest you search for my previous review because I had quite a lot to say on all the reasons why after almost a year of trying different online CASINO platforms like Crown Coins Casino, and when I say trying different platforms I quite literally mean at least 30 to 40 different gaming sites/apps that are in this class of online CASINO games (meaning anything that offers SC “gifts” with the purchase of GC, with the earned SC redeemable for real money prizes), mind you by chance through Freecash I believe or maybe it was gravy pass I don’t remember but last August is when I started through those two sites I just mentioned and one of the offers one of my very first offers was to download Crown Coins Casino and complete certain tasks so on so forth… Long story short, I learned about these games and that you can earn real money through them and even though Crown Coins Casino was one of the first ones I downloaded since I did not understand how it all worked I went on to try many different platforms and almost a year later I can say that this platform is one of the only ones I will put money into, play on and check in daily with. They are a fair gaming platform, there are real people running the site, there is constant engagement, constant opportunity to either get free gifts daily almost from them in order to play or plenty of events and contest to win larger prizes and I will say it is not just for one percent of players who win the top prize I have won a few hundred dollars multiple times from a two day contest where I did not rank in the top 10 but I followed all the little event instructions to qualify myself for an overall prize for the event! I have been playing crown coin for quite some time now. I play on the mobile app and have spent plenty of my time enjoying the time playing the many games they have! However, I had come across an unexpected problem out of no where one day! It was coincidentally when I had won around $520 roughly - the error was they were counting my “hide my email” and my actual email on file with them to log in which was basically my Skrill email was the hide my email, address@appleid the hidden one but Crown took it as I had 2 accounts under my name for their site. All of this sounded so familiar bc I had this issue with Spree when I hit the jackpot they randomly shut down my account out of literally no where… I thought here we go same thing.. Would you believe it, their customer service that hadn’t responded in 2 days finally responded and were the most kind helpful ppl in customer service, especially social casinos customers service. They not only helped address my problem with my redemption not going thru bc of this now “error” found, but they fixed it and fixed a couple other concerns that their AI wouldn’t address. 10/10 A+ very very helpful bunch BUT their AI wouldn’t allow me to voice my concerns, only pick from a list of questions and give me the automated answer and end conversation immediately 1/10 needs fixed and is horrible but besides that, Crown Coin Casino is #1 best social casino I’ve ever played!

Once you win over a $100 and cash out, they go out of their way to make sure you don’t win again. The games starts to cheat. The coin games stop triggering the multi coin functions. Then when you let them know it has to be a bug, the come back to you talking about visual affects. They definitely don’t want you to win big, no matter how much money you spend with them.
