This is my new fav game but one problem, when hifumi and takas body investigation began, i talked to sakura about the case and after i found all the truth bullets i needed at the time, (i checked the wiki,) i was told Byakuya needed to show up but he didn't ever show up for me. I restarted the game to the investigation over and over but it didn't work, i only got to the byakuya part when i didnt talk to sakura. Which is very confusing but overall a W game!! <3

I wanted to try the Danganronpa games so I started with this one, since it is the first one. I was really enjoying it and was almost done with Case 1 but then came the part where you shoot at the killer’s words to the beat. I failed every single time and decided to give up, but giving up ends the game?! That is so stupid. There needs to be some way to bypass this part and continue with the story. What a way to ruin a good game.

i had always been reluctant to play danganronpa but i definitely do not regret it🙌 all plot and characters aside, the game never lagged once, i never had any problems with graphics, and considering the game was already a decade old when it was adapted to mobile, it makes it all the more impressive. there were a couple translation issues with all the character extras, but no translation issues with the main gameplay. overall, im now a danganronpa superfan👀

I love this game so much, and it’s so much fun, but when I got to the 5th class trial: at any given time it would kick me out of the game and ‘d have to start the class trial all over again. I’d really appreciate if you fix this.

Fantastic game, I been waiting to play this for so long but I never realised it was on mobile! However idk if the game saves data to Google play account or email (due to the lack of accounts) which is annoying as it means u can't save data if u lose the app or device, maybe one day spike could make accounts to save data across multiple devices plus to gain achievements too would be nice, everything else just like what you would expect from a good story telling adventure game!

So I love the game (most reading I’ve done in my life lol) but in rooms where I can turn my camera like my room or the room in front of the gym there is a graphics bug where the shadows don’t move correctly and objects have a black silhouette behind them and in the nonstop debate parts the focus button is missing I am on iPhone 15 pro using iOS 26.3 if that helps

when i heard that danganronpa was on the app store, i was so excited!! honestly, it’s not even worth it to pay more for the computer version! this game is so incredible and well written. i love all of the characters and i finished it in maybe a month LOL! 100 percent buy. the only minor issues i encountered is that some of the dialogue is out of sync or has typos but that rarely happened. so worth the price and i’m buying the second game on mobile right now XDD

I wanted to get into the DR games, so getting it on my phone was probably the best option because I don’t have a PC and my switch is broken. The game worked perfectly, the controls were good, and I didn’t have any issues. The only problem I would note is that sometimes when a number is part of a dialogue, the rest of the dialogue does not show up. But that was probably my only issue in the whole gameplay. Overall amazing game.

Decent Puzzle game/visual novel. Mystery was engaging and the characters were fun, though some of the puzzle solutions were kinda counterintuitive (though that’s always a hazard). Had a weird bug where any line of text where a ‘%’ would show up caused the rest of that line to stop showing; wasn’t a big issue but it happened often enough to be consistent. I also hate the Bullet Time Battle system, but that’s just a me issue.

As a first time player, it was really fun to find all the plot twists and such and is an amazing game. the problem is though that it does have some bugs where I can't inspect something again and it repeating my inputs. otherwise, its an amazing game and I am totally going to but the sequel.

I can't progress in chapter 2 when you're with byakuya in the archive. every time I try to click on him to talk to him, it interacts with the bookshelf behind him. it doesn't matter which part of him I click on, it just gives the same dialogue for the same bookshelf.

Great game for an Android! Didn't run into many problems here, all trials & investigations ran through rather smoothly; at some points, taps might not register to a character for dialogue & instead focus on something behind the NPC — if this happens to U, just hold down & click the speech bubble. Only real bug I encountered is that everytime a number/"100" is brought up in dialogue, all the text in that bit after it gets cut off. Well functioned !!!

Honestly I love murder mystery games and visual novels so I just LOVE this game. All the little details are so fun and the idea of this series is so creative! The characters have recognizable personalities and designs, it’s just all so perfect. My favorite is Celeste so far! I hope whoever reads this gets the game, it’s worth it! :D

It was definitely worth it. I finished in a little less than a week. The ending wasn't my favorite, though. There weren't many glitches, and when there were, it might be like security cameras not showing or something. Or the dialogue slowed down. It's also a good game to play in the car since it can still function. Once you finish the game once though, you can'treally replay Edit: Heads up, When I finished the game, I clicked continue, and it restarted me, so I never got to play the bonus games.

After adoring the game series for 7 years I’ve been playing it with my mom and am falling in love with it all over again alongside her! The app is great! Aside from a few glitches (sometimes things would load into rooms but would just be floating in mid-air which tbh was absolutely hilarious) it was perfect! I actually really like these controls a lot more than PC! So thrilled this is out, am about to download SDR2 as soon as we finish, and am oh so looking forward to the iOS release of DRV3 in the future! Edit: Used to love it, but it won’t let me redownload to replay :/ I have more than enough space for it, but I have tried several times and it will not let me redownload. Would not recommend this

So the thing is I was really hooked on this amazing game after playing chap 1 but when I got to chap 2 that is when all the glitches started. The mobile version doesn’t seem very sophisticated compared to the playthroughs. I like the game so much! But when I was on Celeste’s trial I was looking for a tutorial, so when I came back because I remembered what was in the tutorial my game crashed and it was a bunch of Chinese/Japanese it had the options like “DR1 or DR2” so I picked DR1 and the screeen was just white! Danganronpa is a really great game. I love the mystery and suspense in it and the storyline is just *mwah*🤌. I’ve been playing the game for a while now and I was so close to finishing it! (I think bc I was on *SPOILER* Sakura’s trial) However, I recently started a new game so my friend could play it too since she didn’t have it herself. So she played a little of the prologue we shut my phone off, and we went back on. I clicked on load game, just to find that only her game was saved. There were no other slots full, just that one game that my friend was playing. I’m really bummed, and have been trying countless ways to somehow recover the game. I thought that it shouldn’t be too difficult since digital footprint and all that. I still haven’t recovered it and is it just a simple thing or things I have to click, is it gone for good, or do I have to go to an alternate app?? As I wrote earlier, I was far into the game, so I am really REALLY bummed that I might have to accept defeat and start over the game. But one thing I’m wondering is how do I save games to different slots? There’s clearly lots of slots but as demonstrated by what happened, when I start a new game it just replaces my old one. Anyways, Danganronpa is overall a really great and amazing game. The plot has a way of making you wanna know more, kind of like when you keep flipping the pages in a book because it’s just so interesting. I hope I can buy the other games and enjoy them to the full extent and NOT have another problem like mine right now! I really hope I can recover it and anyone else who has this problem (I know there are MANY) can too!!

This game is amazing and it’s definitely 5 stars, but the problem is that when I was playing, everything randomly stopped working. It told me to restart the game and when I did it still told me that there was an unexpected error and that I had to restart. I don’t want to have to delete the game and restart my progress.
