Delta Touch [10 x Doom engine]

hello, first things first. this app is great to run doom on mobile. however, i do have an issue regarding in game settings. i cannot change the rendering mode despite altering it from the settings. whenever I quit the game. the whole setting just reverts to its default. is there a way to fix this? thank you in advance update: thanks for the help!

This thing doesn't work at all it's unresponsive when I try to put mods in and the menu format is messed up. I feel like this thing is broken or something. It's also confusing and hard to navigate.

This is an amazing app for these classic games, i mean literally, especially it allows modding and mods incredibly enhances gameplay and felt more satisfying, its worth the price though i have some suggestions since I don't quite know if its possible to change the icons of games, the wads that i own and puts in there, they are turning into generic letter initials, im just wanting to change their icons into the game covers so its more beautiful

It's cool only problem is whenever I play the myhouse.wad mod it's laggy I don't have the strongest phone but it plays doom 3 just fine please fix it I just wanna enjoy playing myhouse.wad. this port is practically perfect, I just have one issue, playing online sucks, example: if I want to join a server with 3 mods, I need to download all the mods outside of the app, because if I enter the server without the mods it says it's not compatible, so it would be great if they had a way to download the mods like doomseeker

It's great how many Doom engines are supported, and setting up mods is easy and reliable. But the way this app handles controller configuration is absolutely baffling, especially if you're used to using these engines on PC. idTech4A++ (installable through F-Droid) behaves more like the PC versions in this regard, though configuring mods is more painful there.

It worked well now, My second phone was probably bugging because even if I set the secondary file that your asking me to do still didn't worked and an error with the "Java script" and so on. So I used my brother's phone and it end up working smoothly as it was supposed to be. PK3 files, maps, and wads is working perfectly except from my main phone which I don't know what causes that issue.

This is the definitive way to play Doom and Doom mods on your phone. Every single Doom engine you'd ever want is here. It might be confusing to navigate for newbies though. At the end of the day if you want Doom I'd recommend this over the official Doom app. Also check out their website for other cool goodies like Alpha & Zeta touch (Wolfenstein & Duke3D)

Excellent collection of Source Ports and able to run anything the PC versions of em can. Probably better if I owned a controller. Only possible complaint is that I cant figure out a way to take screenshots without the Touchscreen buttons in the way. If I use the in-game screenshot function, it just generates a blank image when I look up the screenshot in my folders.

so far the best android doom emulator. The only issues were that the game didn't support multi finger touch very well. I've tried playing with 3 to 4 finger. And when I shoot I can't move my aim which is very uncomfortable EDIT: the multi touch is already supported

updated review: i figured out what the problem was using chatgpt as help. i only needed pak files 000-004, not pak 005-008 like the directions say. after i deleted pak 005-008 it booted just fine. excellent app for all your demon blasting needs. original review: dont know what they changed but i cant get doom 3 to work anymore, just crashes with Error: file script/weapon_handgrenade.script, line 97: Unknown value "WEAPON_NETFIRING" cant figure it out

I love this app for playing Classic Doom on the go! Goes perfect with a Bluetooth keyboard and phone stand or with a phone clip and an Xbox controller! Btw if you like Classic Quake I recommend Quad Touch as well.

This is an amazing port of doom 1-3 and doom 64. There are a handful of sourceport and mod support. The source ports are all pre downloaded meaning no setup is required. The source ports can also play Heretic and Hexen. It also contains "Dhewm 3" which is sourceport for doom 3 and can run doom 3 mods.
