Spent a decent amount of money on the game and enjoyed it for the most part. however this gets a 1 star due to the customer service you receive when something goes wrong. I sent numerous screenshots providing evidence I'm not receiving rewards. my phone is updated as they ask and they then tell me I've had my rewards which I blatantly didn't. I then ask for an email to make a complaint and I've asked 3 times now. 1 which they just ended the chat hahaha it is ridiculous. please resolve this

I would give this a 5, but the duels are ridiculous. you're forced into them whether you like it or not. plus the rewards aren't worth it. the game is also getting money hungry. I'll admit that I pay sometimes but even then, if you want the bigger rewards you have to shell out a ton. it lags quite a bit which really messes up gameplay

After playing this game for a couple of years now I can honestly say it's just not worth downloading. I like the game itself but it constantly glitches, you have to spend lots of money to get the pets and when an issue occurs they don't take responsibility or compensate you for your loss. In app customer service is a joke too. They have you running around in circles to prove yourself to then fob you off anyway. I honestly wish I hadn't found this game to begin with đ

I actually enjoy playing this game....if it decides to work. Most of the time things I need do not load, it takes forever to even be able to roll the dice and I partnered up with 4 people for the gardening buddies and after the first day it was just gone. I play on a good wifi connection and have no problems whatsoever with any of the other games I play online, just this one which actually makes me really sad because it is a fun game when it works. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, nope

typically I love playing this game.. but since the most recent update (06/30/2026) it has stopped working. I can open it and upgrade my buildings when I have enough coins, roll the dice, play each- fight, attack, raid, steal- and get the coins for them. nothing else shows up. none of the deals to buy dice packs, the tournaments, my pet, my album.. nothing. I'm only able to roll the dice and earn coins and upgrade/ fix my buildings. the buttons to open everything else just don't load in.

glitchy and laggy when you first open the app but catches up after a couple minutes once the micro transaction suggestions and stuff loads in. the game is surprisingly oddly satisfying with the animations and graphics. I do find it annoying how often it throws them up on the screen once your rolls are lower and almost empty. I also don't see any benefits to being part of a team in this game. otherwise its better than I expected

Fun until the last week or so. The game loads extremely slow, and never fully finishes loading actually active buttons. I think there's probably too much front end offer pop-ups overloading it. Buttons load and "click" when you tap but nothing happens. Roll button doesn't even click. The number of offer pop-ups has always been overwhelming, especially when you use up the # or rolls you have your bet set to, then you get all the offer pop ups, change the bet level, use them up, same offers popup.

I love this game. But there are issues. It never loads up fully. I have to get out and come back in 4 or 5 times in a row for it to try and load completely. This game is too expensive. The longer you play, you reach a point where you really canât build up anything without spending money. And itâs not cheap money either. The bonuses are super expensive compared to all other games. The other issues in Iâve had is if I actually do spend money there have been multiple times where it hasnât actually given me my bonus and Iâve had to get ahold of support and they donât answer back until the next day when it too late to try to finish some part of the game, like a trail or whatever Iâm trying to finish that I actually bought rolls for.

I had been playing this game for years BUT for the last 3 weeks I havenât been able to play because the game crashes just after all of the ads are over. Itâs left me with a half built level that other players can attack with my having no ability to protect myself or get my rewards for logging in and no way to get the daily rewards for the login. I love this game! they're so generous with rewards and give you cute little challenges on all their social media pages so far I know of Facebook Instagram and WhatsApp. they are also generous on their gaming app so you can keep playing. and if you run out of rolls you just have to wait 45 minutes or go to their social media pages to fill up your rolls again. you should download VYBS to make money off of playing the game.

Great overall do some areas that could tweaked. I have seen an issue with the pet cookies. I have seen it multiple times "throw away" extra cookies even when you pay for them if it goes over the max amount at certain levels say it takes 1400 cookies but the max is at 1000 and you win or buy enough say 1400 it will throw 400 away. I have had that happen multiple times I am not thrilled about the duals, I'm in the middle of something else and it comes up and starts without you wanting it to.agghh

I love the game, however the more packs you buy the more expensive it becomes to play which is not good if you are looking to keep players. The mini game "Join" well that is a waste of time as it automatically forces you play it, there should be an option to decline it. The new feature on the tournament is awful, I do not need to hear silly notifications everytime I move up or down in the tournament, I've now had to switch off sound effects which is rubbish!

In the last month or so my opinion of this game has gone down. I don't like being forced into the jet pack duel things. I don't play to win big or be number 1. I play because I thought it was a cute game and it was fun, at first. But again, with the tournament, it shows and updates your number in real time, with a noise and a great big arrow. Makes it too competitive, more stressful, and less enjoyable. Given that I've spent actual money on this game I'd hate to quit but if this keeps up I will.

I really hate to leave bad feedback for this game because the game itself is good and a lot of the people running it are really good but I have had too many problems with this game, especially purchases and they are refusing to honor their offer on free cash. some of the workers on there are absolutely horrible and just disregard your proof that they are financially ripping people off ( you don't get what you pay for all the time) and they will set your game to sabotage you from the inside!

I would give this game a 5 star but it's very annoying that my game freezes every time I enter a fight. It's unfair that I am a play to win player and roll High multipliers above 50 and l get absolutely nothing in return whenever this happens! I have cleared the cache uninstalled and reinstalled, the whole nine yards and it still does the same thing. Super play needs to fix this because I'm just about ready to uninstall this game

This game is fun. Iâve many like so many purchases on here but my last purchase netted me over 10,000 that I was saving to play in the next tournament, but guess what? Those magically disappeared right before my eyes when I came back and was playing. I tried to contact support and they wonât send me a detailed report on my missing rolls. So here I am warning everyone. One of the faqâs popular question is if there are bots? Which I thought was odd.. but for the game to completely make my dice rolls disappear is beyond me. It cost this game nothing to replace my dice rolls but apparently that was asking for too much. Play something else people. Whatever you do. Just keep it moving.

Iâm convinced most of these reviews are paid. Because this game is awful. It lags terribly, when thereâs new events you need to tap âXâ to exit every single pop up screen to play, and sometimes thereâs like fifteen screens, not even kidding. They shove micro transaction options down your throat, really. Dice to game-cash ratio is awful, so it takes forever to build âmoney.â Itâs only fun when the events are rolled (the â?â dice). But this game isnât worth it, seriously. The tournaments end every few hours so theyâre constantly going, you canât opt out. The game repeats information to you over and over even if youâre on level 100 (example, tournament âhow to,â trail âhow to,â snippers âhow to,â) it just doesnât end. Itâs extremely annoying. Same thing with attack, they have an obnoxious cut scene every time the attacker canât land due to shield. No skip option. This game is not enjoyable. Itâs also definitely pay to win too. In tournaments, youâll roll and it says youâre in second, yet when you actually click the icon, itâll say 26th. With you having letâs say 1000, and the person in second place (of which the game claims youâre on) is well over 3,800. How does the algorithm get it confused THAT badly? Awful game.

This is a basic no-brain game to keep your hands busy while doing other things so I'm not scrolling socials. Unfortunately, I started to have some issues with ads not loading at around kingdom 138. After linking my Facebook on my android and then signing into my iPhone with the same Facebook it started my game all over so I lost all my progress and support was unable to help. I was close to a $50+ point payout with sezzle and had another bonus left I was working towards so that sucks
