I've been playing this game since it came out. I love it. love all the characters. However the new packs above aren't showing up in the game. I purchased two and still have not received them in the app. I was considering more but not so sure now.

Why is it when the Ad plays on DMK, my game closes. Yet on other games the same Ad never causes an issue. DMK is the only app that closes my game. unexpectedly.

highly DO NOT recommended.... The ads throughout the game are absolutely insane. i can usually tolerate ads.. but you are dealing with them every 30 seconds to be honest.. especially if you are trying to collect items. unreal

I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for about 6 years now. I love the different quests and although I don't often complete them, It's fun and entertaining trying to! It's Disney so what's not to like? Unlock your favourite characters and send them off to earn you the items you need to upgrade different characters.

I signed up for a life game the changes and that stupid match game that has to be played daily is a crock. the pins are dumb, especially no matches in multiple chests, the season is alright. Just because they procrastinated the thirty million magic is useless. now you have to start fresh and get medallions for land and can't be accumulated and land is a joke. I think I am done.

this game has amazing characters great detail and I love the music and the sound effects and the different activities that all the characters do ☺️ but ever since I have level up Minnie mouse to level 10 I keep getting her headpiece and I don't know why. (edit) when you are leveling up your character you get certain items from character activities,for instance pluto/Cinderella gave me Minnie mouse ear piece but since I leveled her up to level 10. I still get it and I don't know why. 🥺 thank you

I didn't mind when they added the awful and repetitive delivery mini-game into the game but now that they're forcing you to play it by adding weeklies that require you to complete the mini game 60/75 times (special requests don't even count!) I think I might finally be at my breaking point with this game and bidding it fairwell! If i wanted to play a match 3 game i would have downloaded one.

I've been playing this game for almost 6 years now. A couple of days ago, All my progress was deleted. I was on level 41 and had 116 characters. I didn't have enough storage on my phone to download new updates. so I uninstalled and reinstalled like usual. and my game was saved to my Facebook account. Now it isn't giving me the choice to log in with my Facebook and I have to start all the way over. I really like this game but I'm ready to just give up on playing now since this problem occurred.

This is riddled with ads basically every few minutes. You'd think a company as massive as Disney wouldn't need to incorporate that, just put bar ads, or just make a different profit model like many other apps that don't force ads. Also seems like it was a glitched game for me, couldn't proceed for 2 days leveling up Mickey to level 3 continuing quests so I uninstalled..

Since the second to last update THE GAME HAS BECOME UNPLAYABLE!! The initial in-app download is in an infinite loop and NEVER FINISHES. I have cleared the app's data, cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone etc. AND IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE!!! FIX THE GAME PLEASE!!!!! C'est un jeu que j'aimais bien mais là, ras le bol !! toujours des problèmes à chaque mise a jour !! c'est toujours le même cirque. Le service client gameloft qui n'est pas efficace et qui ne m'a toujours pas répondu ! Lamentable. Sans compter le problème graphique que j’ai eu dont ils sont responsables. J’ai été obligé de désinstaller le jeu et le réinstaller mais il repart de zéro et il ne me propose pas l'accès à mon compte. C'est honteux ! et il y a des bugs sur l'interface.

every time this game updates, it forces me to uninstall at least 4 other apps. Same thing with Galaxy of Heroes. Disney won't be satisfied until they are the only brand clogging up my device

I really like this game but since the toy story event update the app has been really glitchy. I would have to close my screen and reopen my phone just to get the game to load. now after today's update the game is worse it keeps freezing, its lagging, its glitching. Basically making it pain to play when I can barely even move around my land

Please give us the option to opt out of the pins or make it so you can actually complete the sets without having to spend hundreds of dollars. This is getting ridiculous and making me hate the game. I have been playing this game over 10 years. It is the ultimate game for the Disneyaholic! Always something new coming. Yes it will get a glitch now and then, but the customer service is A1. They get back to you & compensate for the issues sometimes. They have Discord channels too, to ask questions etc... They are always open to suggestions too.

Buggy at times, character limits and land space limits are obviously there to stop slow down, but frustrating to have things and have to put them away all the time to make room for the next events space eating buildings. Pop up ads from company to ask.you to buy tokens for what ever character they just gave you, or chest to buy are frequent and annoying. Why buy more stuff if I don't have room for it?
