The devs don't care about their player base. It's all about money, they don't even fix long-term bugs. You always get errors in doing raids, in topping up, and they're the worst devs to the point that they can't even give proper solutions to bugs that are caused by their newbie mistakes. Play for nostalgia, sure, we all do, but not worth your money if you plan on spending all your savings. Save your sanity, their CS team is S rated in awfulness.

It's been a week since I've downloaded this but I still can't play because it won't let me download the additional package. It keeps saying "Network Error" even though my Wifi is stable, and this is the only game that has ever done this.

I am being disappointed with devs. The latest patch, where the new event launch, the shop is missing. Players have to clear data to be able to see the shop. You guys have been stingy with compensation even after the server merge which knly happens some time and yet cant a patch without problem. Crazy.

I am very disappointed with how my concern was handled. I have already provided complete details, screenshots, and video proof regarding my Anniversary Web Event rewards issue, but the responses I received were mostly repetitive and did not solve the actual problem. My issue is not only about delayed rewards. The web event page shows that rewards were claimed and recorded, but none of the rewards arrived in-game on my selected character or any character under my account.
