the minotaur, Cerberus nests drop nothing even though it says that there are drops at the beginning of rewards acreen. the mount equip button keeps turning off. have to keep equipping when logging in.

good for mobile but you can't get equipment set on lower level like elfs queen set there's no materials if you defeat it, i think the lower level nest is trash you need to level up higher but not getting the lower level equipment set.

The game is really fun when you get a party, but it's not when you can't, your AI substitute is RETARDED they don't do anything, pls improve your AI system so newbie won't quit early(This is a major problem btw) and bring back early nest dungeon because it's actually fun and engaging(only if you fix your RETARDED AI)

I was disappointed with the FGT system, players got no longer freedom to venture unlimited dungeons. Also i just went to view boss Rush and didn't even went on a quest but i lost all my FGT already. I just opened the game, i haven't done anything yet. Its frustrating the Dragon Nest i use to play is gone where i struggle to grind and raid dungeons to get good items. Also, i cant change the stage difficulty of Dungeons T.T Can you do something about it?

The devs don't care about their player base. It's all about money, they don't even fix long-term bugs. You always get errors in doing raids, in topping up, and they're the worst devs to the point that they can't even give proper solutions to bugs that are caused by their newbie mistakes. Play for nostalgia, sure, we all do, but not worth your money if you plan on spending all your savings. Save your sanity, their CS team is S rated in awfulness.

I am being disappointed with devs. The latest patch, where the new event launch, the shop is missing. Players have to clear data to be able to see the shop. I am very disappointed with how my concern was handled. I have already provided complete details, screenshots, and video proof regarding my Anniversary Web Event rewards issue, but the responses I received were mostly repetitive and did not solve the actual problem. My issue is not only about delayed rewards. The web event page shows that rewards were claimed and recorded, but none of the rewards arrived in-game on my selected character or any character under my account.
