The experience was terrible. Spent a lot of money on this game only for the arena games to fail. I asked for a refund and only got 4 back and then they band my account which that part is not the problem. The issue is the game does not work and spending hundreds of dollars on a game that fails and doesnt work is a waste. Some of the level up features I spent hundreds on failed to work as described. Refund my money in total or Ill charge you back and you can eat it. You banned for refund... lies

u can't link your account to your email or Google play. there are no customer support in the game. when u try to reach out to them an Ai says cannot help u. my friend spent over 1k on the game and lost access to his account over a misclick. he ended up in a new account in a different server.

had some good ideas but people spending £1000's on the game and just spawn trapping people. they have choked the life out of the game. repetitive is a key word getting thrown about. and 25 active players in every server and no point merging the servers as everyone will just go make a super team and yiu will be left with a few teams and one will win everything because they spent £1000's boosting up. shame

fun game and all, but the customer service has been awfull. for some reason the game locked me out of the new weapon and mount event, I couldn't see it or participate or get any rewards while all my other friends were able to. it also locked me out of the Rush events, like building or hero Rush. and also the apocalypse treasure. they dont show up on my game at all. customer service gave a pretty rude and dismissive response not even attempting to resolve or at least look into why it is happening

Was fun for a week, spent a bit to get strong in game, but to stay strong and to have any chance against others, you have to keep spending real money... lots of it... hundreds of dollars. The moment you stop paying, you fall behind and its not fun anymore. Theres a LOT of bots, fake players that kinda ruine it too. If you want to play without spending money, you get beat up a LOT.. I cant recommend this.. the money you spend isn't meaningful, your effort and money become wasted in a couple days.

Interesting concept and lovely art-style, that being said, the progression requires massive amounts of money and they know it as you have rewards for spending 400+ $ or even more for a weekly event. Expect a very slow progress after day 2 as you are not receiving the required materials to upgrade or pull heroes in the quantities needed to progress. Legend hero( yellow) the second lowest rarity requires 190 pulls which you may get in a week. to upgrade it we are looking at months or more.
