would have given 5 stars 2 months ago but the game is now set up so you cannot win without spending a lot of money. Everything about the game changed and was made more difficult . I'm done spending money on this. Not playing tomorrow like many of us. Your greed is going to make you lose players that have been here for 10 years and you will lose the money we were willing to spend.

Now this game is completely a waste of time. Earlier, when we completed levels, we earned energy. We could use that energy to complete quest tasks and receive energy rewards in return. However, now, after completing quest tasks, we no longer receive any energy rewards. Because of this, the game has become unbalanced and no longer feels worth playing. If you get a phone call or text message you lose all your progress and boosters and if the game devs really say update in the middle of the match lose everything again and I had spent a 1.99 and it resets I don't get the booster and it reset the level I was in so those are the top three major bugs that ruin this game no the only other thing is the pay-for-play completely ruins it on top of all the issues and I don't have enough room to list all of them, tech support is a joke, want $ all the tim

I'm so done with this game. I've been playing for 3 years & loved it. Finally became part of a great team I really care about, but this game is no longer enjoyable. A lot of personal reasons why I can't spend money to pass EVERY SINGLE level. It's ridiculous. And from what I can tell you're going to lose So Many players due to your greed. It's not enough 50 ppl on a top leader board team pay $9.99 + monthly for the pass? No one would mind spending every now & then but for Every level?! 🤬

been playing a couple of years this time and 3 yrs before that (had a break for a while).. it's a great game for relaxing and a game that can be played without spending any money, totally free The in-game rewards & extra lives from team mates can be really helpful when playing a hard level.. awesome game, & finally .. Don't waste your time or money. This game will be fun in the beginning but then you'll hit a level you can't pass without paying REAL money. "Easy" levels will require you to use lots of power-ups & extra lives. I've been playing for several years - the costs keep going up and the value you get in return keeps going down. "Player Support" is a useless AI bot. The game is nothing like the ads. Playrix only cares about how much you'll spend before you stop enjoying the game and delete the app.

Horrible upgrade! They took out the piggy bank. Which is a huge incentive for playing. They've removed fun games to add some dumb daily game. They've downsized the amount of gems you earn with a star and buying fish. I have reported this app. Customer support isn't helpful and this app is thievery! It robs you of the fun challenges and leaves you stuck with the boring ones. The fun challenges continue to disappear on the 1st day. I have spent plenty of money on this game because I enjoyed play

I luv the game BUT 9 diamonds for 5 extra lives is a bit much. I think it should be 3 for 5 and 5 for anything after that. I also think that you should reward diamonds for feeding other players fish. The 30,000 dollar fish or higher. It would be cool if up to 3 team members could send 3 extra turns every 24 hours like they can send cards.

Do not waste your time or money. This game used to be enjoyable but now they only care about how much money they can squeeze out of the players before they delete the app. "Easy" levels now require you to use lots of power-ups & extra lives. For reference- I've been playing for several years and their level of greediness has finally surpassed the enjoyment I get from playing. Also, the game is nothing like the ads. Find something else.

They have taken away the chat feature stating that some are abusing it with bad messages ect , if that is the case then put in a block feature that blocks those that do that . Many people love to chat say hi or ask about them share things and thank each other for gems ect . people who have been chatting for many years now cannot, freindships and good chat just taken away . sometimes the network is poor, the game response is very lagging. in a losing freak. and high level of inaccuracies in switch the right cube, it should be due to the poor network, or bad samsung phone used, or game server issue. ongoing game becomes irresponsive for more than 5 seconds. the latest updates have made it impossible to win a level unless you spend spend spend. its a pity because, its not a bad game. the owners will tell you "we use tactics", as they tell you in the youtube links and the cheat links. yes, they even put up a cheat link that generates more money for them. its their tactics that prompted this feedback. conning you out of your money is the objective of this game. be warned.
