Game play is good. In-game purchase does remove 'some' ads, but not the ads you can watch for a bonus wild card. This is the only game I know that certain ads are excluded and I believe it should be made clearer instead of being deceptive.

It's a great game, but I'm frustrated by the lack of bot-intelligence. The cg opponents are constantly throwing away the smallest value card in their hand on the last round or adding an extra wild to a meld instead of creating a new one, which, looking at their discard, it's easy to see they could have unloaded many more points. I almost always win by more than 100 points. It's starting to feel like I'm playing against toddlers. I don't need it to be impossible, but realistic would be nice.

Fun, but too easy to win. It would be better if you could change difficulty levels. No way should you win 9 out of 11 hands per game on average. I'm enjoying it for now but will likely tire of it quickly because it's too easy.

The ads in quest mode are unbelievable. I understand that it is just to get free wild cards but incredibly predatory. Some of the ads have timers that are visible, but some don't. In the ads without timers your eyes are glued to the screen waiting for the moment you can skip. But it's not actually a skip or exit button that pops up, it's a link to the Google Play store for the app. So frustrating. The ad experience makes YouTube look like commercial-free streaming by comparison. Crazy.

8/30 I figured out the bot issue on Final Round. Your bots don't treat it as the final round, and thus why they don't drop their highest unused cards.

I really liked the game until the ads started coming. It was too hard to get out of them and get back to the game. I also am not going to pay for an ad blocker that only last 30 days.

it will not let you see your last hand to understand your score. I had a 3 remaining in my hand and somehow it gave me a score of 31. Not sure how a game can cheat yet here we are.

fun game but the computer cheats in calculating points. I scored zero each hand until the last hand and I had only a 3 left when the a.i. laid down and went out. It then scored me at 73 points!!! all I got caught with the entire game was a three of hearts and it scored me a 78pts on one hand. Its done this every game now, its Strange. pay attn to your score you'll see. Am I missing something here?

I had to come back and edit my review.. it was user error, not an app error. I didn't realize I needed to add a new "box" for every run I laid down. I just kept adding cards to the same box not noticing the plus sign below the box or what it might be for. once I wised up it's working like a charm. Now to try it on the computer so it will be easier for me to see I love this card game but the app is faulty. I'm 2 round I had a book and a run using valid would cards but it didn't recognize the win.

My family and I used to play 5 crowns all the time until we moved away all the time, so I was excited to see that there is finally an app. However, solo play only lets you play with strangers? No, thank you. I just want to play with my family. Please add a room code feature, and I will bump up my review to 5 stars. Other than that, the gameplay is really good. The bots are actually good opponents. They're not too dumb or too smart. Bot gameplay felt similar to playing with humans.

Mostly good, I'm really waiting on the multi-player so I can send it to friends and family. BUT there is one bug. I accidentally killed the app in the middle of a game and it reset who was next to go first. I did it intentionally a couple more times to make sure and yes, if the app is killed mid-game, it will reset to the top left player going first even if they just went first. Should probably fix that before the multi-player comes out.

this game would be fun except the ads ruin the experience. this game makes you play a level of a different game and then takes you to Google play to download the other game with no option to close out the ad. it gets stuck in a loop too, sometimes you have to restart the app to keep playing. not worth it honestly

I like the game and speed of play. However, I've been playing cards for over 35 years, and it's hard to believe people meld and go out in the first hand as much as the computer players in this game. I'm only on the second castle and in 8 round games played 10 times (80 rounds) one or both of the computer players went down and out in the first turn 28 times. Hard to enjoy a game that doesn't give you much of a chance.

You are almost guaranteed to win. The algorithm for the "other players" is flawed. I've seen many times when they could have played a run or a book and and instead its in their hand when the round ends and they get the points.

EDIT 07/22/26 5:43pm issue is still there, one of my opponents was left with K,K,4,3 and got 30 points one king counted as 13, the other king 10. love the game, except, kings are scoring as 10 points instead of 13 sometimes. fix this and it woukd be alot better!

The game is fun but the ads are a pain. I have waited for them to play through but there's no way to get back to the game without closing the app and reopening. Unless I'm doing something wrong I eventually get in a loop between the sample as game and the play store.

The first map is pretty doable, but once you get through to the second map, the AI players get all the cards they need so quickly that I am finding it almost impossible to win. It makes the game much less enjoyable. I wouldn't mind a closer game, but when they get their cards within 2 or 3 draws for 7 out of 9 rounds...that's not enjoyable.

I have never played a game that needs a speed up so desperately. The computer turns make this almost unplayable. The fact that you cannot move your cards while you are waiting makes this even more frustrating. It is slow moving and not even able to move and strategize during the LONG computer turns is infuriating.
