The only reason I can't give it a 5 stars just like with the gbc.emu one it is because of the lack of multiplayer ( at least local like myboy ) I think pizzaboy got online too not just local but still in beta or something.

Bug 1: the Menu hotkey once activated as Select + Start, the next time you press it, it triggers with only either Select or Start thus overriding the original game input. Bug 2: the overlay effect (eg. scaline) does not save. On next launch the effect is not loaded. The above bugs are found in both nes.emu, gba.emu, and snes9x.

Will say there's a comment from Jack that gives a 1 star, with complaints about positioning, as of the most recent update and for as long as I can remember it has had these features. This app is like most emulators on PC loaded with features that may not be easy for a non tech savvy user

Pros: Option to stretch to full screen. Cons (applies to all .emu apps): 1) The on screen controls are really ugly and not transparent so it covers up the game. Solution for developer: Only show the border and the button letter and make everything else transparent so users can see the game content more clearly. 2) If you have a cheat file with over 30 cheats, there's no way to bulk turn them on or off, manual 1 by 1 is hassle. 3) This app is based on VBA, not the faster and more accurate MGBA

I'm not sure if it happens to other people. But sometimes it has background music playing even after exiting the application. Sometimes it happens out of nowhere when I'm on YouTube or just listening to music on YouTube Music. Developer. Please find a fix for this as it happens often.

the app is fantastic but it lacks 1 important feature.. If you're able to add an option to include Local or Wifi Multiplayer Support via Link Cable, then the app is 100% Perfect! I hope you'll be able to add it in the future

I have a device that runs ps2 and 3ds emulators. This emu drops frames even when I try every possible permutation of settings. I've read the documentation and fiddled with every possible setting. I've been told this happens to other people too. It seems that the dev has tried to maintain more emulators and adapt more new ones to android than 1 person reasonably can do. Don't waste your money unless you see this get fixed in the patch notes.

As others have mentioned, since the last update touching fast forward toggle causes the touch screen controls to show up regardless of settings.

The recent update shows touch controls when holding down the fast forward button. The touch controls are turned off in setting but they start showing up after this update when the fast forward button is pressed. This is very annoying and this was not happening prior to the May 21, 2023 update. This is affecting all the emulators by this author including nes.emu, snes emulator and gbc.emu. I use a controller and do not wish to see the touch controls.

Runs very well, switched to this emulator from myBoy! Since the Pixel 7 won't run 32-Bit applications (I loved that emulator). This is a great replacement, I have no issues and applaud the developer's efforts. No latency issues so far, very easy to set up my 8Bit Do SN30 pro+, clean appearance, straightforward setting. Pizza boy is cool because it has multiplayer support but the this app is much cleaner and more robust. It probably has less input lag than pizza boy (hard to say for sure). It also doesn't have a very big problem that pizza boy has: in pizza boy, if you use a USB controller, and brush your finger against the screen, the game flashes the onscreen controls and drops all your inputs, it happens frequently and is very annoying. All of Broglia's Emulators are great, so get this one.

Didn't work. Roms were not shown in explorer. Thought this would be more convienient than using my physical device, but not worth the hassle.
