it's a great game I found it very fun to play it everyday but whenever there's an update like yknow you have to download the resources and then when finally done downloading the resources their comes the calculating whenever that comes up my phone always lags and today when it was calculating it my phone crashes everytime

I have been playing this game for 3 years with no problem, it was fun and an amazing experience and I definitely thought my time was well spent. However the game has been crashing on my phone ever since the 7.1 or 6th anniversary update when I press the menu screen, I have tried every possible troubleshooting methods and it has been moot. Players have had the same experience as well.

the tablet that was bought less than a year ago specifically for genshin impact now no longer is compatible with the gpu settings. I wasnt aware of it until many days after where I had found a few comments under the hoyolab app. I had been waiting for a few days thinking that it would be fixed but I've now learned that this tablet is unable to play at all anymore. There should have been a more accessible notice while opening the app so people wouldn't be more confused. I have to buy a new tablet

Good, but lately when In Snezhnaya the game hangs up, then proceeds to crash. This did not previously happen in other areas in the game, and still does not even in areas like the Frost Moon (where there are floating/physic mechanics). It only ever occurs within Snezhnaya. Sprinting, attacking, and gliding can trigger it and fights that occur within the nation ALWAYS crashes. For example; The Ronova bossfight, and even in simpleworld quest fights like the Jack Frost vs Volkodlak defense quest.

I have been playing this game for 3y at first I really sucks in this game. Then when I understood everything,every mechanism in this game then I came back as a pro player here. This game provides primogem which is so low in quantity but when you understand that if you are patient here you can save so much primogem here. But hoyo really gave some good amount of primo nowadays. it's true. I like this game's character design, fighting style and everything. And the lore is so mysterious 🔥

Dear Hoyoverse, I've been playing this game for 2 years and I bought a new phone for an upgrade to enjoy Genshin Impact more as my old phone Infinix SMART 8 with 4GB was getting rusty. The new phone I bought was the POCCO C71 and when I logged in Genshin Impact to download resources the game suddenly freezed and kicked me out of the game. It freezed when it showed me the options if I wanted to download the full resources or basic resources. PLEASE fix this problem as it is happening to MANY.

I'm an ar56 player and I played this game for a long time now, here is what I have to say for the introduction of stellar and lunar reactions. It basically ruined every old meta character and burried them, every investement you've put into them is worth nothing now unless you have c6. The game basically forces you to farm religiously to pull and build new meta characters to be able to compete in the endgame if you are f2p. The powercreep is too much not to mention the resin cap in this game.

I cant express enough how objectifying they are of female characters. The game has become unplayable after many years because they released an entire winter themed region and every single woman and girl is in a short skirt and exposed shoulders, while the men are completely properly dressed. furthermore, they are making an effort to create objectified female characters at the cost of their concepts. I finally lost all trust in this game when they chose to make snezhnayan outfits so horrid.

Unoriginal dresses lately copy and paste Marionette and a new charater upcoming short dress up front and the disconected sleeves. I do love the back of her dress it but you can still keep that while making the front longer or at least above the knee and makes the back longer slightly to see it at front too. I was hoping for her original dress steam punk. we know you could do it. That upcoming maid to who serves the cryo archon, isn't unbecoming to wear such a dress who not only reprents her.

Genshin is extremely fun, I've been playing it for years and I CANNOT WAIT for Sneznayha in 6 days! it doesn't feel real! despite how much fun I've had in this game there are some cons of it, for example; the rewards are low due to the lack of pulls each patch but depending on the patch, it should be enough to put you on Guaranteed.

I've played this game for almost a year now, since nod krai released and I have so many things to say... the devs won't listen to us, seriously u give so little pulls while releasing new characters each patch while making endgame content tied to the new characters, I tried to have some faith, genshin u have so much potential pls do better. other than that there's the problem with building characters but it isn't as awful, this game wishing system, especially the weapons banner is so bad :((((((
