Update: after a FULL month they have not responded to a single email. HORRIBLE app. It’s a SCAM. Worst casino app EVER. They never got back to me after weeks of emailing. I like this app a lot. I’ve cashed out no problem & I’ve had a lot of fun on the games. I’m on like level 216.! lol . I have recently reached out to customer service but don’t know if that email is monitored or not . I’m reaching out here now for account issues. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

So it’s been weeks now since I tried to redeem the nice little win I had on this app. This site was great until I tried to make my withdrawal. That’s when all of a sudden they claimed my card wasn’t mine or something. I don’t really know because I can’t get any help from anyone. They flagged my account with suspicious activity and locked it. Like I said, I can’t get any help to try and fix it. The one email response I did got back just referenced my debit card. Which was correct. Then was directed to contact support that doesn’t help or answer any questions. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

The game is a great game at first and winning are good but then it starts running your money down and bounces are low and only come by so often I’ve put in 200 at once and nothing no bonus no winning and I get it it’s a gamble but the no winning streak can go on for a week and sometimes more. I’m happy to update if and when I hear back from support. I sent in my redemption and it’s been in “processing” and “processing delay” for several days. I play on McLuck, Play fame and Crown casino cashing out thousands that are deposited within no more than 2 days. They also have live chat for any questions or issues. !Scam Alert!

This app is a scam that won’t pay out if you win too much. I started with small in-app purchases and was able to redeem some SC winnings, double digits only. When I attempted to redeem $100 or more, suddenly my account is locked. I cannot access the amount I wish to redeem or receive a refund for the purchases made in the app before they kicked me out. The error claims there was “unusual activity” on my account. So I guess winning is unusual activity. The “Contact us” link on the blocked app sends me to frequently asked questions, not a way to contact them. I was able to find the email address for their support anyways. There has been no response from “support” after 11 calendar days since my email to them.

Be careful! They will block your account and say there is some unusual activity.

It will not let you redeem your winnings. It told me that it was a delay. I contacted them. The customer service is AI. You will not get in contact with a real person. I went onto Facebook and contact them. I tried to log back in. It said that my account is inactive due to unusual behavior remind you this is my first time cashing out with them and I’ve never had any issue until it’s time for me to redeem and now I can’t get in my account and it was only like $28. Be careful of these type of apps cause they may let you do it the first time but let you win something bigger. They’re gonna say that your account unusual activity

Game started off fun you would win they even had a little upgrades for each time you leveled up you’d get a bonus. However, I should’ve just cashed out at that time because once I hit all of the levels I could for the bonuses mysteriously the game you can’t even get a free game more spins or win anything after that. Thing is is the game pulls you in at the very beginning because you get a lot of free spins on the slots but after you reach a certain level, nothing happens. Future downloaders beware it will be fun at first if you deposited into it in your first levels, but after that, you don’t win anything. I am uninstalling the game today.

this app original slots are extremely hard to roll into a bonus and when you do at the very most, you’re getting a 62X. And that 62X is paying for the 350 times you’ve spun just to get into the bonus so you’re gonna come up short. Unless you’re making money off this app like I am save your money cause this is a quick cash grab by this app provider. The RTP is absolutely nowhere with a claim it is and the fact that you can spend hundreds of times to get into a one bonus that’ll literally pay you at most like 10 to 20 X and on the rare occasion above a 50 X it’s not worth it save your money. Besides stealing your money I’m pretty sure it’s stealing your information and selling it.

My son is only 14 years old and because of all these advertisements about these slot games my son is becoming addicted to gambling. In the state of California, these online gambling websites are illegal based on Ab831 and these people find a way around it to make it available to our children. I noticed there were transactions made to my bank card and when I emailed customer service, they would not comply to give me a refund. Apps such as these are brain washing our kids to be addicted to gambling because these sites have no age or identity verification. I have screen shots of all messages between myself and there customer service for legal actions and to report there illegal online gambling to the internet crime complaint center (ic3.gov) I have contracted my bank as well.

One of the best

This game is definitely one of the best mobile slot games I’ve found. Sometimes you do need to pay in to it a little bit, but more often than not you’ll find yourself hitting free games after free games. I had no problems cashing out (redeeming)

I honestly never do reviews and I was skeptical about the whole thing but after the first 24 hours after depositing 40$ I did get the cash back but it wouldn’t let me redeem, you have to play it, but I did win 35$ from that 40$ (luckily) and it did let me redeem it but I only redeemed 25$ and there was like a 3 dollar processing fee of 3$ (The Redeem “Processing Fee” goes up the more you redeem as well which is straight up robbery if you ask me) so I only got 22$ and I did it through my PayPal and I didn’t think it would do it but I got a text from PayPal and checked my PayPal and the 22$ did go through. It took like 5-10 mins to process. So other than the bs redeem processing fee, everything has been legit. So idk what’s going on with a lot of peoples accounts (bank, PayPal, or however you set it up), it worked fine for me (I used PayPal). Oh and another thing the “bonus SC” your supposed to get (mine said like $158), it only gave me 60 cents, and you have to buy the bonus (again mine was 158$) for like 150$. Yeah im good on that lol but all in all again it worked fine for me redeeming and everything. Check your account and make sure everything is correct and your ID matches and everything it set up correctly.

Great real money casino game

This is the greatest mobile casino game I’ve ever played. I really should delete the others but I like them too. I guess I’m just loyal. I won’t delete the others bc they’ve paid me too. Grand Fortune Club casino game is by far the best tho. I got like $10-20 once the signup process was complete; and no, I didn’t have to connect Facebook or anything, only submit email address and confirm. I won $172 with their money. Of course, I was skeptical, I’m skeptical about everything bc, nowadays, everyone is trying to scam u. This game actually alerted me when I could cash out. I was only about 10 minutes in and had $50+ so I wasn’t ready yet. Mind u, u can cash out at $5. Yes $5. So I cashed out at $124 and the charge was $12.50. Wait time to process withdrawal

Played for a week. Lost money every single day. Final score negative $2k. The best part was the ads of desperate people looking for some breathing room, they know who they are preying on. They pay after their 10% cut but plan on losing all rebates quickly for another refill. Rewards are glitchy ie 500 SC return rebate was false advertisement and just disappeared as well as a few other bonuses. VIP don’t matter, all VIP rebates were losers never positive always playing from behind. Always played from behind every single day. Even if you get a big win early after a deposit, you still have to play the amount you deposited since the redemption amount is mostly locked up and you will lose it all. Psychological torture.

Ok so I play a few games like this one and the withdrawal process never gave me a problem. With this game I played and won $5 I was able to withdraw with no issue. I made a few in-app purchases and won over $400 now I’m trying to withdraw and the 1st attempt failed after it was processing for over 24hrs.
