Slendrinas mechanic is annoying, looking away sometimes doesn't work for me, I look down, spam swipe, she always kills me unless she's really close to me. Also add more shotgun ammo and the overuse of the lockpick is bothersome, most doors without a lock don't need a stall mechanic. Make the windows see through, it would help to know where the grandparents are at from outside. Also add a second staircase and more sound cues like in granny 2. Mainly add a 2nd staircase, ur always spotted.

I beat Extreme mode and holy it's just waiting/stalling simulator. The slingshot is trash, the ammo isn't re-useable and just forces u to go outside and wait for stones to spawn, just stalls out the game. Grandpa is OP, he sees u and ur dead in a second. The whole map isn't meant for extreme mode, small house, lockpick stalling doors, little to no furniture hiding spots like tables. Add see through windows, a 2nd staircase since food elevator sucks, maybe a fire escape type area or a ladder.
