The trend these days is just to kill your players with ads? one out after another after another… It’s gotten so the only way to tell the difference between the different ad smothered games is the length of the ads. Be honest, I know within about 4 seconds if this is a game I’m interested in and at 10 seconds I am ready to move on…. Making your players sit through 45 seconds to a minute of an ad for a game they already know they don’t want is pointless and it drives the player away from your game. Wake up idiots! stop this nonsense.

This game has so much potential to be fun. But they never give you enough time to finish the rounds. I guess they think they’ll force you into buying a bunch of stuff. I came back to try it after a looooooong break away? But they haven’t fixed anything. Super shame.

It could be a really fun game but there’s a ridiculous amount of ads. After every single round and ad starts and they start right in the middle of wrecking your game. I understand ads fund the game but the way they appear in this particular app absolutely ruins game play. Huge disappointment.

Fun game but there are WAY to many adds! Start a level, there’s an add, fail a level, there’s an add, win the level? Another add. Claim your prize, another add regardless of which one you choose!

To be clear, I’m not complaining about the optional ads to get more time, add boosters, skip orders. It’s actually nice that there’s an option to get help for hard levels. It’s not even the required ad at the end of levels. But a few days ago, they started inserting mini ads randomly - right in the middle of gameplay! This totally breaks my train of thought and interrupts my ability to enjoy a game without being ambushed by ads (even for a few minutes) when I don’t opt to do so. Uninstalling.

This game has a feature where stars are consumed when you obtain duplicate cards, and they should be replaced with an equivalent number of stars. However, I've encountered this issue multiple times—after getting duplicate cards, the stars just disappear without explanation! This has already cost me over a hundred stars. I hope this bug is fixed as soon as possible, and that my lost stars are returned to me!

I love games like these, but this one is technically unplayable. Items freeze while dragging from one area to another and you just have to wait until it unfreezes. If this happens too many times in a round, the timer runs out and you lose the level.

The game was fun until the ads started taking over. I can set my phone down on the table and ad websites will open in safari without me even touching my phone. This happens during playing and in between. It is getting extremely annoying and I’m about to delete the app off my phone.

This game is oddly addictive, but now the items freeze and you lose time as you’re unable to move. But worse than that is that SHEIN ads now pop up in a browser multiple times during each game, and another ad (some donut game) never ends and just repeatedly opens the game in the App Store, so you can’t close the ad at the end of it and return to your game. I knew this one would definitely lose my interest at some point, but I didn’t expect it to be because the game just became annoying.

Fun game. However recently it has not been allowing me to swap two food items. Before I could take a food item and drop it over another one to swap places. Now I can only move a food item into an empty space. This makes it a lot harder to play as I have to move items into empty spaces individually as opposed to quickly swapping. If all my empty spaces fill up I have to end the level even if I have matches available.

I really enjoy the game however, now that I’m past a certain level the game keeps glitching. Like it’ll keep a food item stuck in mid air while the timer is still going. Then it’ll unpause or un-glitch and put the item back in its original position. I can’t click on anything else all while this is happening. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. The game is up to date, please fix this issue.

Fun game, the glitching is getting annoying. I have to restart the game to get items to move because they get stuck. Also it will just exit out the game and crash suddenly & now I’m starting from a tutorial instead of my level I was just on.

I have an issue with receiving team lives. My teammates send me lives, but I only receive 1 life, even though I should have received more than 5 lives in total. This problem has been happening for a long time. I have been having this problem for a long time. I keep contacting customer service, and they seemed to fix it for a while, but after a few days the same issue comes back again. So I always have to notify customer service again. Last time, after I joined a very competitive team, the problem seemed to disappear. However, I accidentally deleted the app, and when I recently logged back into my account, the problem appeared again. Also all my lives had been wiped out. It has already been two days since I contacted customer service this time, and they still haven’t replied to me. This situation is very exhausting for me.

Now it glitches when dragging food but the clock keeps going and when ads pop up you get sent to the App Store and can’t continue your game because it just keeps redirecting you back to the App Store. Very frustrating.

This game is fun and has the potential to be a really good but it’s unplayable. Each level is set up to require a booster or extra time and you get them by either using coins or watching ads. The amount of coins needed for boosters, extra time, or extra space to continue playing is way more than what you’re awarded through gameplay and events. For example, winning a level only awards 10 coins regardless of difficulty. To increase the awarded amount, you have to watch an ad. I’ve considered buying coin and booster packs but they’re expensive for what you get and wouldn’t get you very far in the game without having to buy another one. Each level I’ve played past the first few levels have required at least one ad watch. Some are 3 or more. I’ve made it to about level 200 and ive tolerated this ad mess so long because it really is entertaining but ive had enough now and will be deleting it.

Game is fun. What is not fun is the ads keep freezing the app. You could be in the middle of a challenge and need to restart because the ad froze. Ads can be super long, 1-3 mins which is super long. They just cleared up some bugs, but more bugs keep happening. I’m losing patience with this game.

While I enjoy just sorting the foods around, I hate it when the customer orders show something that is not on the screen but behind several layers of food. How would I know which one to chose and then there’s a timer timing me to find the buried under who knows what tray item.

lots of problems things do not pick up when you tap on them. They don't drag they stop they get stuck. They fall into slots that you are nowhere near. They've fallen into slots on the way there they the whole thing freezes

Really did love the heck out of this game until it started freezing. The most annoying part is how the timer on the clock keeps running when a piece of food glitches and freezes. Totally unfair gameplay! I also can’t stand the super long ads. I know ads are needed for sponsoring, but could you guys at least find some shorter ads? Would’ve given you 5 stars if it weren’t for these issues, because this game actually is fun and addicting!

Fun concept but several problems. The game now glitches frequently where it freezes and you can’t move anything BUT the timer is still running. Some of the ads are way too long (like 120 seconds) and hide the close button so you click it and it sends you back and forth between the ad and the store like 15 times (Kalshi, I’m lookin at you). The difficulty escalates so quickly you NEED to watch ads to pass the level. It becomes unusable after about a month of playing.

Once I got over level 1000 it started glitching. Closer to level 1080 it’s become unplayable. When trying to move items they freeze but the time keeps rolling. Sometimes it’s 5 seconds but sometimes it’s 15+ seconds and at least 5-20 times per level.

If we gone have customer orders on certain levels it needs to be announced at the beginning. I also don’t like how if we don’t complete the order right we have to start the level all over. It’s a waste and it doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t even be knowing the customers are there until the time is almost up. They need to be there at the start of the level not come after you already into the level.
