i lost my account because remembering the password isnt enough, i need to verify it from my email because i havent logged in for a while and i dont even know the email i put in because i was 7 years old and from groetopia's part they dont even confirm emails we put in. Just remove this verification nonsense. This game was my childhood and i cant visit my memories just because of some policy.

Terrible network requirement, cant play on WiFi with Dynamic public IP from ISP (Static Public IP isn't cheap), so i have to wait till my modem's public IP to change and it still can change to a bad IP , GT server says "please try again in 30 seconds", but on mobile data it accepts me in like no problem at all 👎

*Update!* Apparently, you guys never respond my review. Nevermind, I will straight forward point out your issues. • Point 1 The server is laggiest server I ever been ever since you guys take over the game. • Point 2 What is the purpose of the login/sign up system you guys comes up with, it's so bad that makes the bot problem even worst because people can just buy google/Gmail account. • Point 3 what's up with the auto ban bot? You suppose to add more moderator to moderate the server.

Needs a lot of Improvement, developers whom actually Care about development and they players enjoyment of the game. Switching to a different Ubisoft studio Might even solve most of these problems, because so far this studio has mostly shown disappointing results.

Wrongly permanently suspended for "using third party program" or "botting and using macro" after just finished my farming session by HAND without any chance to dispute the suspension, just got back to the game after being hacked and move all my valuable items to a brand new account, i gotta say i enjoyed the last couple of days before the unwaranted suspension was bestowed upon my account. Played this game since I was elementary and stopped due to hackers. Now I had spare time in my daily living, a week a ago I watched a growtopia youtube video and it inspired me to check on the game for old time sake, played the game and enjoyed it even I went back to zero, met a few tiktok streamers and helped me out for a jump start in the game. Farming, massing, and interacting with other players is what I came back for. But got banned without doing anything illegal.

Despite the backlash, I think this game is improving quite a lot. I've been playing this game for months now and found it enjoyable. Players and moderators are friendly and fast when fixing something. Overall it's a good game and I am actually starting to support this game for further improvements.

This is such an unfair game. My friends are getting banned even though they are all legal. The moderators always put CSN as the reason, even though they don't even go there. LIKE, EVER. My friends have quit, and only a few of us are left because the mods themselves just keep banning everyone. Plus, we never get any justice for these false bans. This game is getting worse every time, most of the updates are stupid and detrimental to the players. I can't believe that the company like Ubisoft can't handle this, please train more for the intern and the people who works for this game, it's a great game and i was satisfied, i no longer feel it. You pretty much can’t play the game anymore. The game won’t ever load and if it does, you won’t be able to do anything, even though you have a good connection.
