11/15/23 still no resolution in receiving loyalty rewards or being to contact anyone regarding this problem!! There has been multiple issues with this game over the year and half since I started playing. Resolutions are slow. The latest issue has been going on for at least 6 weeks. I don't know what's going on with this app. I deleted it and reinstalled and it still takes my winnings rather than credit me.
