help me plz

Hello! I have a question about upgrading houses. I currently have 358 stars in my city. Some of my houses can be upgraded, but some identical houses cannot be upgraded at all. For example, I have purple houses that have already been upgraded and can accommodate 2 citizens. I also have orange houses of the same type, but they are not upgraded. They appear to have the same upgrade level, but there is no option to upgrade them. Could you please explain what determines when a house can be upgraded? Is it based on the number of stars, the location of the house, the citizens living there, or something else? I also wanted to ask about apartments: can apartments eventually be upgraded so that 2 citizens can live in one apartment, or are they permanently limited to one citizen? Thank you! Fun Game but a little glitch

I really love the game and would love to continue to play but every thing is getting to the point that I can’t pay for a simple furniture and don’t want to keep spending money on the game if the money just goes away so fast. Not only that, I maxed out my water tank and wind fan and now I can’t even upgrade anymore and so the meter is stuck at red. Everything else is fine and fun to play.

Can't do anything without watching ads

Game puts price points out of the players reach to watch ads. Idk how we're supposed to save and move forward when I can't earn because my "safe is full" with 3k.

It’s ok

This game is fun for a little bit before you get too far and start leveling up your town too fast. Then you have to pay 30 million to upgrade just a bed. Can you guys do something about this? Or is the game supposed to be unplayable once you reach level 500? And then it cost 5 dollars to get some more money for your town, and then the five dollars you just spent is gone in a blink of an eye because everything in this is unaffordable? Is this supposed to represent the economy of the US? Because when i downloaded this game i thought i wouldnt need to spend my entire paycheck so i can advance my town. Seriously though, can you fix this? It makes the game unplayable! I can’t upgrade anything anymore which means i can’t even play the game. It would be such a good game if it wasn’t a cash grab. Do something to fix this, because It’s unplayable.

Super fun until….

What is going on with this game?! It’s a super fun and relaxing game to play until I started seeing some inappropriate ads on it. It needs to be fixed because I am deleting it because it makes me feel very uncomfortable. There are literally child playing this game. I’m so disappointed very disappointed.

Horrible Idle Times!

This game falls short where MOST idle games do. Fast progress in the start, multiple events and activities, and then basically stalls. I’m on level 183 and the time needed to acquire even ONE upgrade is crazy. For reference, one second in real time is about 3 seconds in the game. My pay rate right now is “$48,339 an hour”. The average upgrade currently costs between 513k and 1.5 million. This means to acquire even ONE upgrade, I must wait FIVE in-time minutes. This error along with events only occurring once every 24 hours and costing a lot of diamonds to run once out of free turns, cause games like this to fail. You start off playing all day for the first few days. Then, it becomes a game you can only open and play once a day. Until you finally forget about it and then look at it in your apps 3 months later and delete it. Create a better pay rate!

Add School for kids and update events.

This is a great game but you all need to consider building a school for the kids. I think that would make the game more relatable and realistic. Also, I do believe at some point the citizen events need to be updated. They are nice but after a while it gets repetitive. I hope to see more updates on the future. Thank you for creating such a fun game!

Need support- haven’t gotten a resolution

Hello. I love this game and it makes me so sad to reviews it low, but I don’t know how else to get help. I wrought a review a few months ago to ask for help on an issue in my game, as well as emailing the support email. I didn’t get an email back from support, but I did get a response on my review, which didn’t end up being that helpful. Since then, I’ve just been putting off figuring out this issue and just not playing the game at all really. But I want to try to fix this because I want to play, so can you help please?? Here is the review I wrought a few months ago because I don’t feel like typing out the whole explanation again: “I really like this game, but I think there might be a glitch or something in my game. In the past, some of my citizens needed to be found on the map before they could live in the house. Currently, I am on level 1076 trying to recruit a second citizen to live in L. Villa T and they need to be found on the map amongst the tourists. I have looked at every single person coming through the map the past few days. I swear I have memorized all the current citizens and I don't see any potential citizens amongst the tourists. I have tapped on each one and nothing. I don't think the potential citizen is coming through the map. I keep coming back, but I can't move on and build anything else until I recruit this citizen. Can you please help me somehow?? I want to play more and move on because it's becoming less interesting without being able to expand. Also, when will there be more main tasks for me to complete? Like what phase do I have to get to in order to get more?” Here was the response: “Dear Mayor, Hat-wearing man/woman → train station Japanese-style man/woman → airport Cheerleader → near the promo vehicle” This wasn’t helpful because none of these citizens or visitors/tourists on my map were recruitable, including the ones described in the response, no matter how long or how many times I tried.

The ad’s don’t work. It tells you to watch a add to get a reward and after the ad it doesn’t allow u to go back into the game and you don’t receive your reward after being forced to watch the ad. You have to completely close out the game and you still don’t receive the reward.

Love the game, the ads are a problem

I have been really loving this game and have no complaints about the gameplay! I like to use the ads to supplement my city’s income. However, some of the ads I have seen are extremely inappropriate, considering the app store recommends this game to kids age 4 and up. I have gotten several ads for story apps that contain explicit sexual content and it makes me deeply uncomfortable to think there could be a child playing this game that witnesses the same ad. Even as an adult playing this game, I have no desire to see such advertisements. If somehow this app could adjust who they have advertisement agreements with or which ads they are showing, gameplay would be much more enjoyable!

Bug

When matching couples, the opposite gender of the child is whe parent they take the most traits from. This is inclusive to hair, and if they just allow the child to have the hair of the same sex at least, then it would feel more natural. At least the color could be the opposite gender. Or maybe they should randomize and give more creative value to the characters. But this isn’t as fun as I originally thought. The game kinda is short too. You don’t have many levels to go through to build ur town and citizens.

TOO MUCH ADS

I love this game, but the ads are unbearable. 😭 Everything involving money requires you to watch a long ad, and some of them are literally 1–2 minutes long. If the ads were shorter, I’d definitely still play, but having to sit through such long ads constantly makes me not even want to play anymore.

Complain

Unfortunately after hours of game time throughout months. The gardening event has completely glitched my game. I haven’t been able to play in a month because everytime I open the app it takes me straight there. Forces me to “plant” a pineapple but I can’t click on anything or click out of it. I’m stuck!

AMAZING

I have always been obsessed with mobile games, and play them for days after downloading. This is easily the best i’ve found. It has the typical rent sim vibe BUT also includes tons of fun mini games and challenges. There’s no ads unless you want extra coins, gems, etc. I have been playing for over a week and am still interested in the game and am still making new progress/ unlocking new features. 10/10!!

Makes me a little mad that you can’t get the boys to get married same with the girls and girls and boys cannot get married like the same gender cannot get married. I’m asking if you can make an update that allows them to get married and if they do get married, they have an option to adopt kids.

The game rolled out an event with gardening but once you complete the task there are still 5 levels left!!! You can’t finish any more levels because you’re out of task?!? Then there’s not enough darker skin people. I turn all my descendants Black…. I do not want to only look at white or white adjacent people. 😒

Endorsing AI

Fun game if you don’t mind watching a bunch of ads. However, I take issue with one of the characters, Kevin the AI director. AI is something that is not regulated, harmful, and destroying the planet. For a game that is decently progressive (uses gender neutral language, allows LGBTQ partnerships, features non white characters- certainly could be more progressive but I’m only in the first town) I was really disappointed to see this game endorsing AI.

Dopamine Obsessed!

Definitely the best game I’ve played on my phone in a long time! I’ve become hyperfixated on it a bit because it’s so fun and not behind a paywall, like you CAN pay for stuff but you can play completely without paying for anything and it’s an amazing game. Only downside is I can’t find any game that’s like it and now that I’ve almost beaten the whole thing I don’t know what to do with myself 😂

super cute & fun game!

i adore playing this game & have played it every single day all the way to level 1,100. my biggest gripe is that all of my resources are maxed out and my citizens' levels are maxed out, but i still need 300 stars to unlock more resources/buildings. please fix this issue as it makes game progression slow towards the end!
