DO NOT USE THIS APP. I deposited 10$ got there 150 FS bonus that was all well and good. I was up a little bit of money so I cashed out. I got the 10$ i deposited back but not the rest and when I logged in to see what was going on my account as suspended for no reason. so if you win and try to cash out they block your account only because you won.

I really like this app. The only complaint I have is my bonuses keep disappearing. Three times I was supposed to get bonus spins and a $25 bonus for wagering on a certain slot. I never saw any of my rewards. They weren't even listed under my bonus section. Just gone. There is also no where to connect online support. I like the games, bonuses when I receive them. Quick depositing. I just have to add that you never see your rewards in this app it is awful I am uninstalling it

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and am not able to access games while using data. I get a pop up that says 'LOCATION BLOCKED'. I was told by a hard rock rep that it is my phone that is the problem and to bring it in to an Android store. Games stutter and choppy play(the ones that you "can" load) Many dont load at all ( multiple games), game icons don't match the game. Their system is not linking to Interac for etransfer at all. Ontario support has not replied to my email for help on this, which was sent days ago. Any email I have linked to Interac will not work. Definitely something is wrong with how Hard Rock has etransfer set up because this is the only legal casino in Ontario I have had issue with trying to deposit. We shouldn't be pigeonholed to debit. Casino is also missing a ton of Playtech, and Pragmatic slots. I hope this changes
