I found this while looking for another game, and I'm glad I did. Its fun, a little laggy, but that's to be expected! The only issue I have is the energy takes a bit to refill, but it forces me to take a break from my computer, which is nice because otherwise I wouldn't.

This game sucks. You have to have energy points to complete a task but energy points only renew 1 point per 4 minutes. Most of the time it takes 25 energy points to complete a task, over an hour and a half to do one task. Otherwise, you have to pay for energy because watching ads only gets you so many points and you dont always have the ad option for some reason. Unless you want to spend money on this game, not worth it because you can only play once a day.

I love this game however the amount of commercials makes me not want to continue playing. Having to watch 3 commercials in order to gain extra energy is a big disappointment. Games like these should be fun not just watch commercials. Then the ridiculously long wait to add energy. I have to admit that the game features and NPCs are very detailed, entertaining, and realistic. However, I found that the energy system makes it harder for me to progress. Energy runs out too fast, and I can’t finish classes or tasks before they reset. I don’t have enough gems to buy energy, so I rely on the “Watch Ad for Energy” option. Could you please increase the energy rewarded from ads and keep the ad button available more often? Thanks for considering this.

Am I the only one having problems with the massive amount of time it takes to log in to the game, even with an account. Anytime you want to play the game, it takes about 5 minutes to load. Plus, while playing the game, I am sometimes logged out and have to log in again which takes time. The game is just annoying. I've deleted and installed it countless times, yet still it keeps repeating the same issue. I'm deleting the game now and not installing it ever.

The game has excellent story and gameplay mechanics, true potter heads would enjoy this game. the only problem is with the energy system and long Cooldowns, Just increasing the nax energy capacity would fix this issue. I know we get increased max energy from flying classes but the energy consumption also increases as progress so it's negligible. other than that, really love this game.

this is my favorite game but the last update has my game saving to the previous log in...so I'll spend tons of energy finishing and event on time only to log back in have no energy rebuilding and it says I didn't start the event. this is heartbreaking because I do love this game but it's so frustrating and it makes me not want to play as much if this keeps happening. I absolutely love the customer service on here, they reply promptly when you email them a complaint and they solve whatever issues you're encountering in the game, the game itself is so entertaining and as an Harry Potter fan, it's really nice to have a simulation of how it would be to actually school in the Hogwart school of wizardry. I love the story, it hooked me from the start! the gameplay is good, very point and click, so it's easy enough for everyone to play. Dueling is turn based, I know not everyone enjoys that. and I like that they introduced romantic relationships into the game! the only downside is the constant in your face microtransactions and the stupid energy bar that forces you to stop playing for an hour or more while it refills! GAH! I want to give 5 stars because this game deserves 5, but I can't.

I would have given it full star but the energy consumption is horrendous. Suggestions: 1) Either lower the time permanently to 2 min/energy 2) or Remove 8 hours task from the task set . More than half of the diamonds that I earn from various tasks goes to buying energy. It's like they want you to pay real money for task completions. Otherwise the game is 10/10.

It's a good game, however it does have its flaws. For one thing, I noticed in Duals, in the duelling club, it allows the person to stun you often, however I barely get to stun the other person - it's rare when it happens. Also, I do feel like it does get slow (the app) in general.

hello, I really enjoyed the game in the last one year, however since about two weeks the game started to lag very heavily, it is unplayable. I click on ok on a popup message for example and I have to wait 5 seconds. 3 and 8 hour missions with this heavy lag are an extreme patience test.

I remember playing this game when it first came out years ago, and I played until the time when Year 7 isn't even available yet. When I heard about the updates they had since then I was excited to try playing again only to not be even able to start at all. Loading screen took forever and when I'm finally in and was asked to enter my age it says my connection failed despite my internet connection being strong. So disappointed, I don't remember having issues like this before.

Overall what you do in the game is nice, however my biggest complaint is that for whatever reason if I start one of the timed missions and I don't close out of the game and I come back after the required time for my energy to refresh, and the game is more than willing to run down on my damn timer and know how long it's been since I started the mission but it will not keep track of how much energy I actually used. need only one interaction on a five-star mission requirement,to come back to 0%

But only 25 is just so stingy... and it's not enough to do all side quests if i have not enough energy and also has time limit for that its awful cuz you will get restart all over again... I really enjoy this game and have been playing it on and off since the release. Since the last update the game glitches incessantly to the point it makes playing difficult. It's very slow and freezes so I have been playing less. This has never been an issue for me all these years so I had to take a star off but definitely still a great game and story. Would recommend
