pay to play, tentousand timed events that are trying to let ones fomo kick in, and ads are not working lately. Sad. Could be a nice game. But making the most money seems more important so energy system is built in a way that always makes youbwait or pay or miss out on events if you are not constantly checking in. Has been a better game 5 years ago. I cant recommend it anymore.

love this game, but I am so tired of losing out on pet events because i have to sleep. if there is a special pet quest that takes over a day, maybe let me sleep without waking up to see my pet has moved on without my input and then I fail the quest when the timer ends. happens with every special pet event.

This game is so adventurous and way mysterious than I imagined it would be, cz I already know that Harry Porter movie is mysterious, so hoping this game would be like that I installed it, but it is more enjoyable than I thought it would be. I get to explore all the places of Hogwarts except some but they too will be unlocked in higher levels or years, and it feels like exploring the real Hogwarts. But enery is not sufficient u cannot do any task on time. Please request u to change that featur

my engery isnt refilled, still not back to full engery everytime i go in to finished my story says 4hr remain on 8 hour story . but still can't continue when engery still only on 1. so i am not happy this has happened. witch i will lose my progess with 5 stars story. i have 4 stars... never had problems until now, i love playing the game, when this happens it makes me not happy with the game. please fix it before i have to restart my progess again.

I play this game all day everyday but 3 times it has stolen 55 gems from me. I have tremmors do to health and have miss clicked the "buy energy" button next to the free add option. THERE IS NO POPUP TO DOUBLE CHECK! due to this oversight my game play 3x experience as been completely ruined multiple times. I'm SO angry and SO sad. I keep trying to save to get plants which are HUNDREDS of gems. I'm never going to be able to buy one if this keeps happening....

I don't like the updated energy part. Earlier b4 he update, 1 point of energy recharged in 2 minutes and min. 37 energy were there. But after the update, 1 point of energy is recharged after every 4 minutes and min. energy got reduced to 28. It is really annoying to wait and while waiting the time limit of the task gets over. ***Developers at least allow us to complete 1 task in one sitting without waiting.*** All other stuff is pretty amazing and I'm impressed with the details of this game.

Not a bad game. However, the loading time when you enter the game is far too long. Also, if I minimize the game and join back after some time, the loading screen is back and so is the long wait. Also add an option to interact and complete tasks in first person. Update: I recently attempted a TLSQ and although I spent energy on different tasks in it no progress was made towards the stars. This has been happening often lately and I want compensation, Jam City.

This game sucks. You have to have energy points to complete a task but energy points only renew 1 point per 4 minutes. Most of the time it takes 25 energy points to complete a task, over an hour and a half to do one task. Otherwise, you have to pay for energy because watching ads only gets you so many points and you dont always have the ad option for some reason. Unless you want to spend money on this game, not worth it because you can only play once a day.

I have to admit that the game features and NPCs are very detailed, entertaining, and realistic. However, I found that the energy system makes it harder for me to progress. Energy runs out too fast, and I can’t finish classes or tasks before they reset. I don’t have enough gems to buy energy, so I rely on the “Watch Ad for Energy” option. Could you please increase the energy rewarded from ads and keep the ad button available more often? Thanks for considering this.

Am I the only one having problems with the massive amount of time it takes to log in to the game, even with an account. Anytime you want to play the game, it takes about 5 minutes to load. Plus, while playing the game, I am sometimes logged out and have to log in again which takes time. The game is just annoying. The game has excellent story and gameplay mechanics, true potter heads would enjoy this game. the only problem is with the energy system and long Cooldowns, Just increasing the nax energy capacity would fix this issue. I know we get increased max energy from flying classes but the energy consumption also increases as progress so it's negligible. other than that, really love this game.

this is my favorite game but the last update has my game saving to the previous log in...so I'll spend tons of energy finishing and event on time only to log back in have no energy rebuilding and it says I didn't start the event. this is heartbreaking because I do love this game but it's so frustrating and it makes me not want to play as much if this keeps happening. I love the story, it hooked me from the start! the gameplay is good, very point and click, so it's easy enough for everyone to play. Dueling is turn based, I know not everyone enjoys that. and I like that they introduced romantic relationships into the game! the only downside is the constant in your face microtransactions and the stupid energy bar that forces you to stop playing for an hour or more while it refills! GAH! I want to give 5 stars because this game deserves 5, but I can't.
