Heroes of History: Epic Empire

I have played for well over a year and it was always fun for me. Of course spending some money helped but it never made me feel like I had to until recently. Atlantis completely ruined the game, it's not fun and if your alliance is paired with a whale team be prepared to be absolutely dominated. But don't worry the newest resource to upgrade your character is tied to this mode so you can't ignore it. I play games for fun, it's sad this one no longer is.

every update more errors.. im sick and tired of it ... not only that some of the quests are designed that unless you spend tons of money you cannot do them fully .. worst thing bloody pop ups every time you move around game trying to get you to buy expensive add ons its a RIP OFF and most aren't worth the expensive price you put on them .. but we don't need them popping up all the bloody time either .. it ruins the game .. also as you get higher up the game the bonuses are pathetic ... 😡😡😡😡

I was torn between a 3 and 4 star rating. at its core, this is fundamentally a very fun game and has lots more potential. However, on the down side, this game DOES NOT respect your time or wallet. Most events seem like you either have to spend or have a damn flow chart to optimize your plan if you want to win rewards. I dont mind spending on something I enjoy but the price points are inflated AF compared to other games ive played. If those 2 things were addressed then this is a 4 or 5 star easy

downloaded the game to give it a shot, but when I open the app, it tries to load, and then gives this error message: Looks like there are some connection problems. Please click 'Reload' to establish a new connection. click reload and the same error. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi, or not same error. For the second anniversary, the Ithaca event was disappointing, and they had a solid opportunity to make amends there. However, they are now repeating the same mistakes for the two-year anniversary, where every other game is generous with free rewards. This game is just the Ithaca disaster all over again, offering only breadcrumbs. The daily login rewards for the event are also laughable. The events arent any lower thresholds. still require you to whale. man so sad.

There are certainly ups and downs. Ithaca was a disaster but at least they apologised after. The game is good I just don't understand why they're so incredibly stingy - even for a gacha. 2nd birthday is going on and it's just incredibly bland and more of the same. no amazing deals, no great opportunities. Just ways to give them money for nothing very exciting. 🥱

I really wanted to like this game but like so many others it is a predatory money grab. The "events" are designed specifically like a carrot on a stick where no matter how many times you log in, how many adds watch, no matter how lucky you get, you still can't reach the goal without paying the stick holder money to give you the carrot. Unfortunately this game is no different than the countless others using subtle psychological tricks to manipulate unsuspecting people into wasting time and money

the game itself is well done the gameplay is good but need much improvements after 2years the start is extremely slow and there is no much worker to make all factory working so you found yourself missing some upgrades the pvp is the worst as you start you found very high players in bronze even refresh don't get you better also the banner are extremely hard to get summon keys after 6 days got 50 from quests and you need 200 to get legendary and upgrades heroes is bad too with low materiels.

This is like most of the stupid games. They stop you from making progress with stamina so you pay money, so you could get more stamina. it's just a cash grab game. yeah, I did try to play this game. But even an event you can't win at the events unless you pay money.

After most recent update, wouldn't log in. After repeated attempts to get it to run,I uninstalled and reinstalled it. This started me at the beginning again,and customer service never responded to my help query. I had plenty of time in this game. It's always had crashing issues,but I liked it ;so I looked past it. There's more stable games to play. Steer clear and save yourself the disappointment.

In the gift of goat quest, I’m stuck. It won’t let me exit out. It won’t let me claim anything. It won’t let me do anything. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it doesn’t work. Please fix this issue. I would love to continue playing this game.

everything was going great. now I'm stuck in a bug loop. i expanded my capital before a quest told me to expand 3 times, and it forces you to go to the quest. however, I couldn't finish building but the quest shows as complete. I've closed the game and tried to go back in but it forces the same loop. can't close out of quest screen or interact with any objects. such a shame, game appears great and has a different world building mechanic.

Game is fun but I am stuck on mission “Have 3 expansions in capitol city”. Game forces me to click that button and I cannot click it. I have restarted about 100 times and reinstalled the game several times as well. Game is clearly not quite ready

im 100% pay to play game in order to advance you need a specific item and in order to get the item you either have to get it in combat and I can't win any more combats till I upgrade and you can't upgrade until you get a specific object so the only way to get the object is to pay money

i am stuck at the collect reward page under Stone Age - Gift of Goats - Have 3 expansions in the capital city. I literally cannot do anything. cannot collect reward, cannot press "x" to close it. after closing the app, clear cache, clear data or even reinstalling the game works. after restart the game, it always force me to click the quest button and enstein start explaining but after that, cannot do anything anymore

Glitch That Prevents Progression

I downloaded the game and progressed for a bit. I unlocked some land and when I completed my quest my next one was “Claim three land” however I already did that. So I went to click claim however it wasn’t working, so I clicked x but that also wasn’t working. The game froze for whatever reason. I decided to delete the game and reinstall it since I only had 30 minutes of progress, however when I reinstalled the game, it forced me back to where I was. All of the buttons were gone (Because it was a forced quest) so I couldn’t click my account and wipe out my data. So I thought “Why not wipe the data from settings?” But I found out you also couldn’t do that since they save your progress on their servers. So now I’m stumped and I don’t have an idea on how to claim the quest or replay. If this glitch could be fixed I’ll appreciate it a bunch.

Best game if you like historical figures

This is the best game. I really like some of the characters in it. Like William Wallace, but there’s one person I want in the game the legendary man himself Teddy Roosevelt if you add him, I will be so thankful. I don’t wanna ask for much but if you do eventually add him, I wish to be the first person to have him in game.

One of the few games I’ve actually spent money on

Unfortunately, less than an hour later, I ran into a glitch that made the game unplayable. It wouldn’t let me do anything but start a new quest to expand the city, but then it wouldn’t let me collect rewards for completing the quest and move on. I even deleted and reinstalled and the same thing happened. I only spent $3 so it’s not a loss. Just frustrating.

Great visuals and fun historical heroes, but long-term gameplay has issues. City building feels repetitive - each era just recycles the same basic upgrades. Upgrading heroes past level 40 requires endless Tesla farming, which gets tedious fast. Opening the game triggers too many pop-up sales, and progress is heavily tied to guild activity. Fun for a few weeks, but turns into a repetitive grind.
