I'll never understand why games seem to do everything they can to drive their players away. Shouldn't you be making it more enjoyable as I go, not less? They start adding more and more bombs and make them unavoidable so you can never pass any more levels. Then you have to watch ads to start over. Pass! Make bigger and better levels and just let me play. I play to disconnect, not to be annoyed. Still better than some of the other hole games, but not enough to keep me any longer.

Shameless money grab. Levels get to a point where they're literally impossible to complete without spending money on extra help. They also strategically hide bombs where you can't see them to end your turn and waste lives so that again you need to spend money. Then any money you do spend doesn't go very far because of the way you're set up to fail. Very frustrating.

Started out good, no ads, got all the way up to mid 200s uninstalled because of the ridiculous little amount of time allowed to even play (where they make their $), even on the easy levels. Also too Facebook focused, no in-game teams/guilds, you have to join their Facebook group to ask for guild help, where most Hole games have teams/guilds setup within the game to chat and ask for energy or trading cards etc. Unique design and characters etc., but the Facebook part of the game is a turnoff.

moon active are horrible developers. Every single one of there generic games has ridiculous amounts of ads. Some could be useful if the ads actually loaded. the other half are just annoying pop ups. Considering you have so many different games with the same bs in them. i doubt you need the cash. Game is fun but glitches a lot in the higher levels. I am at level 1300 now and keep having to uninstall and reinstall the game, but it glitches a lot so it's really annoying. they offer ads for extra time but the ads never work either. I have the latest model android and nothing is wrong with my phone on other apps. not sure how much longer I will keep the game because the constant glitches make the game a waste of time.

Would be a good game. I enjoy it when I am actually able to play it. The forced ads are UNBEARABLE they are pretty much CONSTANT, trying to force you to download another dumb app or game in between every single round, and it is sometimes literally impossible to close out of the ad even after waiting a minute and going through the multiple pop up attempts to get you to install it. It's just ridiculous. Some of the ads I literally could not figure out how to close out of them, I ended up just giving up after a while Because I'm trying to play hole stars here, I'm not looking to try and make "free cash" playing some other game that is being literally forced onto me. The tricky ads and pop ups and the forcing you to like play the advertised game and then redirecting you to the App Store ... it's so off putting. Really had to just make sure to put this out there before I uninstall this game for good. The game was fun, and if you're cool with spending money on it then hopefully you won't have all the ads forced on you? But if you're trying to just play the game for free, good luck to you

I actually really enjoy this game but what’s disheartening and annoying is the constant ads when I’ve played several other moonactive games that do NOT have ADs. And I’m not one to purchase ad free options. Plus if yall can do it for other games why not this one? I didn’t mind watching ads to get more time, but only 10 seconds is not worth it. Once you hit a certain level you have to use coins and you don’t earn many while playing. To continue gameplay you can either watch an ad for 10 secs or pay 800 coins for an extra 65 secs, which wouldn’t be a problem, but …. The coin ratio is very, very low for continued gameplay to cost 800 coins. It should either cost less or more coins should be awarded for finishing levels. After completing a level, there was an option to watch an ad for 50 coins. That has been lowered to 15 coins! And there aren’t many chances to do this; the option just disappears after a few times. There are less chances to watch ads to continue gameplay which started when #3 happened. It simply doesn’t appear as an option. All of this leads me to believe that it’s done on purpose to force players to purchase coins. I get developers want to make a profit from their hard work, but this way isn’t it.

This game is a lot of fun but the amount of ads is really INSANE. I mean you play for 30-60 seconds then have to watch an ad. Kaboom, watch an ad, run out of time, you guessed it, watch an ad. 1/3 of your time, maybe, is playing the game. The other 2/3 is watching ads.

Fun, until it isn't. Eventually, you are faced with impossible tasks, such as collecting hundreds of items in 1:05. The game becomes sluggish and though you can add 10 seconds after failing by watching ads, the game lags badly and you literally barely move before timing out. Often the ads don't work right and the game reloads. Just tries to force me to pay for more time. 👎

Newest update took away the option to watch an ad to continue the level if you run into a hazard or run out of time. The only way to continue a lost level is to give up 800 coins, and if you’re out of coins then your only option is spend actual money to get more. The game is forcing people to spend money in order to continue playing when you lose. No thanks; I’m done. 1200 levels down the drain.

Impossible to finish levels, and way too many long stupid ads! Fake reviews, and bot responses by "seller" - arrived immediately. Should be named "Money Hungry Hole Stars"... Don't fall for this money pit! Uninstalling.

used to love having the option to add time or not lose a streak/level to a bomb made this my favorite or the hole games. Now, that option seems to be gone. emEven after I did the update. Probably going to delete now 💔

I would give it 5 stars but I cant update the app. I'm on level 1544 and love the game. the only way I can play is through the game hub. my memory isn't full in my phone and I dont want to uninstall incase it doesn't save. I found the game on free cash. 💜

It was absolutely fine, you could watch ads if you chose to and it did have the occasional forced ad, which I had no issues with. After the last update, it's become pretty unplayable tbh, ads galore and the ability to each an ad to get extra time has gone. Rubbish now

At first I got addicted very fast. BUT you literally have to put money in to beat some of the levels. Some levels you just can’t get past without boosters. I am at level 176 and it’s literally impossible without lots of boosters but I am not putting more money into this game!

you have got to spend money just to get anything in this game nothing is for free? on some boards you have to get your piece bigger just to get anything on the board so if you feel like spending all your money this game is for you.

Done with your game, bye bye…maybe you shouldn’t put it to where people have to have 800 coins to continue especially when they have bought several coins and you only give between 7 or 11 in a level, so yeah I’m done..hope everyone else sees this review and doesn’t download it. Just another Copy/Paste of the hole game, brings nothing new to the table. 80% of the ads are for Temu or TikTok. You get ads every 60-90 seconds since they are after every level. Has the audacity to ask for over $12 for no ads. Play it to get whatever points for the program that sent you here, then move on.

ads contradiction. when it's just starting a level and ending, you get ads, but when you're losing, you accidentally get the bomb, or run out of time, theres no ads to give you a grace period or to continue. edit: they fixed it to some levels but not hard and super hard levels.
