Jackpot city is an absolute rip off. They confiscate withdrawls for ridiculous reasons. customer service is a joke waiting for at least an hour to resolve nothing. I tried email and the stupid online chat numerous times to get answers all for nothing. They owe me $200 and refuse to pay. I highly dont recommend anyone else spending money with Jackpot city. There are many other better options to play with. These guys will find every reason not to pay out.

I have been waiting for a couple of payouts for days now and nothing at all...
