Fix the match starting too early. Even with a fast and stable connection, the match can start while another player is still loading, causing a delay. This is especially bad when playing Center because the tip-off starts before everything is ready. Like other games such as Mobile Legends and similar multiplayer games, the match should wait until all players have finished loading before starting.

it's quite skill based game and any of you who say that meta players will always win matches, that is completely wrong as people, who play low tier characters well can, beat a person who plays meta characters badly. but one thing that always makes me frustrated is that everytime my first game is delayed because of loading and I keep on getting reported for 'intentional afk' when I couldn't do anything about it which led me to lose many reputation points, fix this report system.

The matchmaking in this game is ridiculously unbalanced. Solo players are constantly matched against opponents with significantly more matches and stronger progression, while my own team can have players with far less experience. It feels like the game heavily favours paying/top-up players and makes solo players suffer.

i have been playing this game for awhile now, i love and hate this game at the same time lol, first of all some of the characters are just unpredictable and hard to defend against sometimes but that just might be me being bad at the game, good side is every character in this game can become op if your good at playing those characters, my main issue right now when playing the game is my ping and lag issues, plus the afk deduction are cruel especially with the additional deduction like damn...😭😭

The gameplay itself has no issue in my case, but what irritates me is the scarcity of the in-game resources. 300 gems for a single card, and you need tens or even hundreds to finally enjoy a limited character. The match-making system is very unfair. You'd get very bad teammates who do not pass the ball or afk just to make you lose and when you reported them, it failed. Open f shots failed for you for now reason, but contested shots for your opponents keep going in.

The game itself is good, but the community, punishment system, and report system is lacking. In this game, you cannot report your opponent when his or her performance is unnatural and suspicious. Also, the players' behavior is very concerning and very disturbing. Then as I mentioned, the punishment system is very light and not taken seriously at all. If these things are fixed, or taken care of it would be a better experience and a better game in general.

What do you mean intentional afk?! How dare this game say that it's intentional. Why does this game have the "Sorry, I lagged" message and still considered it intentional. The definition of intentional afk is not moving in place or participating in the play and not due to connection issue which this game's major problem in the first place. The update makes the gameplay lag or interfere with the connection issues. My other online games never faced this problem, only THIS GAME FACED SUCH ISSUES!!!
