Don't be fooled, it is a p2w alliance-based game. The chat function is atrocious and buggy. $400 for a base skin and you must do actual gambling for it - buying coins to use with a SLOT machine lol. Few months in, the game gets repetative, tons of drama, players leave left and right. Many use it as a dating service. Keeping up with the rest of the players is impossible unless one spends a lot of time and/or money. A lot of players have accounts in several servers. Overall, not worth your time.

Our current "king" for the kingdom has given permission for the top 20 alliance to burn out the other alliances if they will not willingly be absorbed into the top 20, negating being able to grow and develop more alliances. this game is great! it's really fun to play with.it has a lot of events and hero designs are top notch. it also gives you generous rewards that you'll be able to play smoothly even if you're f2p. the only downside is that when you upgrade a hero there's no function that allows you to revert or reset its level which kinda sucks since materials for upgrade can't be reused in other heroes that you prefer. I hope they'll fix this problem soon😞

Edit: So greedy, it's getting worse and worse! There are so many stupid passes now that are really steep and you have to spend tons of money to have meaningful progress. Diamond premium currency is useless because whenever you need anything, you can only get it thought a £6 pack. Greedy devs keep adding heroes only obtainable through purchase. Really glitchy on 226 since the latest update. phone buttons override the lower screen, team rallies offline but offline rally clicked off, mail always says unread/unclaimed. By the end of the 5 rounds (two levels) I only had 4 shards total and 1 speedup. half an hour after my last attempt, you let out 6 tickets for "refresh, recall, etc". So annoying.

fun to play, a nightmare to resolve any account issues. got booted out mid game when playing. they claim suspicious activity from my account, a very vague and unspecific (and unjustified claim) then forced me to bind account to Facebook profile in order to contact their customer service to resolve the issue. problem is their customer service interface is very sub standard. FAQs didn't cover the issue at hand and now waiting for a response to a ticket submitted via their chatbot.

NOTHING LIKE THE ADS!! BUGGY AS HELL!! It says you can unlock Heroes w 10 shards, & they have 1 called Bestar available thru the Hero Summons tab. "Collect 10 shards to unlock Bestar. I have 14 shards for her & tried to unlock her, but it says I have insufficient items, that I need 0x more, & only gives options to buy more even tho I have enough. One of the worst mobile games ever made. The gameplay can be fun, and alliances make it better. However, if you don't find a decent alliance (I recommend "In the Shadows."), then you're going to be stuck dealing with bots trying to get your discord information to take advantage of you. If you want to delete your account, you better have been registered, remember your registration date, and other obscure information. I wish I could give negative stars.

my account was muted for no legitimate reason and no way to have it changed, since ive been muted for such a while now, I've deleted the game, it crashes regularly, animations can't keep up in battles and I lost all motivation to play anymore, also inorder to delete the account is a real pain and its easier to just uninstall. this game needs some real work put into still. but for me I'm not putting anymore time into playing it.

Like others have said. The plague sanctuary play from the ads is fun, but the rest of the game is a clone of other games like Last War. I could deal with that if it wasn't for all the bots, somehow getting batted around alliances I didn't join, and getting spammed with bot private messages. You don't know who is real and who isn't. Everything works as intended, and money is not required to progress, but is very good at teasing the idea. They are basically hand in hand with discord, alliances require discord to have permanent recruit(you). If you dont trust or used discord, alliance will merely mean groups you support, kicking you out when you leave, and auto join you when you to a alliance when you open the app. I played two days of this experience. if there are ways to play with a permenant alliance without using discord
