I loaded this game from my old device to a new one had my stuff saved and I now have to start over I was level 45 plus with over 3 million in coins and I can't recover my game!!!!!! been playing for a year or more. so many hrs put into playing and money for me to switch to a new phone and I can't recover my saved progress

I started playing this game because it was easy and fun. Over time when you go to complete tasks each week they raised there energy levels so you have to purchase energy so you can finish a level. Do they not realize that this is ridiculous. You have to spend like $100 to advance to the next scene. I am done playing unistalling it and I suggest no one play this unless you can afford there prices.

I like the game especially the home decorating feature. Unfortunately after unlocking the last room at lv.28 you don't have more space to decorate at the home area. So please add more rooms and more gacha furniture machines in the game.

cute game,good graphics but be prepared to pay if you want to finish the story quests in time. the amount of energy to complete the quests is insane. I am constantly having to buy energy just to complete 3 stories and that is with collecting from home.

Poor, app significantly drains the battery, not a balanced game, you will need to spend a significant amout of money to make any progress or watch a lot of ads to gain any energy to make any progress. Graphics are good, gameplay gets boring not engaging enough, not enough mini games to pass the time while you're waiting for items to finish being created or energy to regenerate. Over all not a great game.

I actually loved playing this game. My issue was the amount of energy required to fulfill a "quest". The farther I got the more energy I needed. Being retired, i'm on a fixed income and can't pay much for extra energy. It was very disappointing. 😔

Videos not accessible therefore not receiving rewards which prevents continuation of the game. If you message help, don't expect an answer until next day, then expect them to ask for additional information or instructions, again another 24 hour turnaround. I have tried to anticipate every question however still takes days for final resolution. I believe it is truly a delay tactic. No "reimbursements" offered to those that bring it to their attention.

Edit: There does seem to be a little bit more chance to get extra energy in events which has been helpful. I really want to like this game it is so cute! You only get enough energy to do 1 - 3 things at a time. The beginning of the game is great you get tons of energy. A little bit into the game though you get very little.

this game is fun, but to be able to do things like level up, gain furniture, or open up more of your castle takes a while. the graphics are great, and the cast is cute, i like decorating each room in the castle and i like seeing how other players decorate theirs. some of the stories offer more free energy as you progress through than others, but there are other ways of collecting energy, so you can potentially play for quite a long time before you run out completely.

The art animation in the ad that drew my attention looks nothing like the game itself. Integrity is important to me, don't advertise something false and people won't be disappointed before even trying. I immediately uninstalled.
