i recommend you to NOT PLAY THIS GAME , you'll possibly like the story mode and gets many reward ... but as soon as you reach act 5 etc this game literally becomes IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY , AS THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION TO GET BETTER CRYSTALS AND UPGRADE MATERIAL WITHOUT HIGH AMOUNT OF $... difficulty is increasing exponentially and you'll rage quit it ( like I did ) just some greedy idiots have made this game

I love this game so much. There is so much to do, and the difficulty level is just right. The game isn't too hard or too easy. A player has many options to do what they want. You can try harder things or stick to things that are more associated with your progression level. There are also many game modes like story, alliance war, PvP (BattleGrounds), and so much more. However, the monetization of the games is crazy, especially in BattleGrounds. As an FTP player, it can feel difficult to catch up.

The games has definitely lost its charm which it had back in 2014. I've been playing for 8 yrs now, fully f2p, all story/endgame content cleared. I've got 35k prestige and 10mil + account rating, so obviously it's not pay to win if you give time to it. Only good thing now is the hunt for Stellar Doom.

Grind dependent, repetitive game design. Likely the only game where Howard the Duck could beat Thanos or Maestro because his special move has 11 hits lol. Old or OG characters are all pretty much useless because their moves are very limited and their designs are also very simple. Same enemies on repeat. Street level characters like Nick Fury and Bullseye outperform cosmic characters like Thanos, Maestro, Knull, Thor, Adam Warlock etc. However, the game has only gotten better with time.

I've enjoyed the game since i rediscovered it 2020, currently valiant and I just recently redownloaded the game, but the app isn't going past the loading screen. I've restarted, reinstalled, force stop, nothing is working. I used to play on an iPhone but I just switched to an android and it doesn't seem to be a connection issue either

Marvel Contest of Champions is a fun game with great graphics and an impressive roster of Marvel characters. The combat is enjoyable, and new events keep the game interesting. Ive played this for 10yrs+, you wont get far if you dont plan on spending and this game is especially egregious. The game is designed to slow you to entice you into paying. They reward you with a lot of items but the space is VERY limited and if you stop playing for over 1mon it'll get deleted so you come back with bare minimum but dw the game knows that and makes sure to offer you XXX% value deal. The tier of your champs will always be behind. Game has an outdated energy-to-play system.
