As a returning player after many years not playing, the game is impossible to navigate. The main screen is absolutely rammed full of different things and the game doesn't explain what any of them are. Incredibly confusing and messy. I played this game for over 10 years also and I spent thousands of dollars trying to get characters like blue Marvel storm and Bishop up to maximum power levels and get all of the uniforms. Playing on my wife’s Phone then when I got my own phone, I tried to move the account and found out that it was impossible. What a Jip!!!

VERY COMPLICATED

There are lots of characters, cool gender-bend costumes, and lots of rewards so it feels pretty f2p friendly. HOWEVER, there are SO MANY upgrade systems for the characters and that’s not even mentioning the systems outside that. The game is massively over complicated. 3 or 4 systems for character upgrades are more than enough already, you don’t need skill, mastery, rank, level, equipment, costume upgrades, iso-8, iso-8 upgrades, unique equipment, type enhancement, etc. Like is all this REALLY needed? I’ve downloaded this game many times over the years but always almost instantly uninstall due to being overwhelmed by all these unnecessary systems.

Awesome Game

This is a great game I’ve been playing since about 2016 on a few different accounts, but I do wish there was a way to transfer characters and/or items. I have some complaints as an ex dedicated player

I used to play this game a very long time ago and spent lots of time and money on this game on my old account that I lost. And now, years later when I’m feeling nostalgic I discover that they ruined progression for new players giving new players level 60 six red star characters to start out with. In my personal opinion I think that ruins the sense of accomplishment in playing the game at all. I downloaded to play and progress through a story and watch my levels and number of characters grow. Now I’m disappointed.

Needs More Bug Fixes

Basically just Quality of Life fixed is what I mean. Like for Apple devices, Dispatch consistently crashes on every graphics mode. The only solution I could come up with is program the game to use less RAM? I even keep my devices with at least 15-20% space leftIt happens even in PVE game modes like WBL+. I dread rolling Black Swan for my WBL of the day. It’s annoying to have to suffer with AC crashes as well. Your team instantly dies and you have to wait until next battle phase to get your meta team/s back. The developers working on updates probably don’t have time or money to work on these, and it would be nice for MARVEL to throw a little cash at Netmarble to hire some debugging professionals (Because I’m sure it’s not just MFF). Also, the lack of new content is really frustrating and making players skip a really good chance of an update to bring new players. I pray the events and rewards compensate enough and for us paying players to get some good deals. Other than that, it’s a really great game, brings to life beloved characters from the last decade, and it’s easier than ever for new players to catch up enough to the meta.

You keep trying to squeeze money out of players at the expense of player enjoyment. Not realizing that as player enjoyment drops, so does player involvement. As involvement drops, so does player spending. You keep losing money in your attempts to gain, because whoever is making the finantial decisions at Scopely is borderline braindead. This game is awesome in all aspects and doesn’t exit you out of the game if you have a phone call or text. There’s a whole variety of characters with a bunch of costumes which just adds to how much time they have done to make this. My only issue is that a dodge button would be awesome that way you can dodge attacks instead of just getting toasted. Other than that amazing game bravo 👍

I've put over 10 years and a lot of money in this game, but I can't justify the level of pay it takes to stay relevant vs. the cost of staying relevant for all the years prior. Honestly, love this game. Super grindy but the events they've ran this year makes it feel like they actually listen to you. Incentivized me to actually pay a bit a couple of times so I could unlock Madelyne Pryor. It takes a WHILE to T4 a char for sure - esp when you get max 165 Souls of the Faltine a day from GBR - but there's a lot of chars to experiment. I feel that seasonals are way too expensive though, and GBR needs a bad rework (too many ppl disconnect without warning). Love the game tho

looks like this game is nearing its end, the way they are putting fan favorites behind a paywall, they are looking to squeeze out every single dollar before they drop the axe. It's become more P2W than ever, don't even play this game if you are starting from scratch, you'll only get frustrated. I have been playing this game for 8+years now, logging in almost every single day, and even I have a tough time enjoying this game.

A complete hackjob of a "game". All you do is manage inventory and The most important mode called "Giant Boss Raid" is such a buggy mess that it's genuinely unplayable most of the time. A waste of effort, filled with glitchy servers in most important game areas. and odds of getting something good or hitting a gear upgrade are so stacked against you that even paying for packs isn't worth it. What a whack. Pay to Win and grindy but it's manageable. But Glitchy servers are the Worst part about it.

1 step forward-2 steps back falling down the stairs into a dumpster. They need to be less "pay to gamble to win" & focus on character balancing to make their products worth purchasing. Plus paywalled updates to key characters. Recent updates removed rewarding fun content & didn't even try to replace it. You've been demoted to bronze league net marble. Sometimes my characters seem weaker after I give them clear upgrades. Recently decreased event rewards and hid them. paywall phoenix final straw

I really lovw this game, i soon i started tje game i got in too it right away. I like the character design and also the uniforms, very good game indeed. The only thing that would make it even greater is if the developers added an offline mode. Similar to Pokemon Unite. Where you can play only battles, like story mode, as well you cannot upgrade or buy characters. but none of that transfers when you play online. That would make the game a bit bettter. I will recommend this game to anyone.

i have detected the problem is in the story mode, while playing it, the loading time between scene increase can go up to 8 sec every loading from 1-1 to 13-3..if i didnt restart the game and continue to autoplay epic quest or dimension mission, the loading time between scene can go up more than 20 sec..can you fix this? i just remember that autoplay dispatch mission also make the loading time between scene increase like that if i let it autoplay more than 10 rounds..please fix this..

At least Have a real guide on how to increase the players stats and unlock certain materials... I feel like this game will consume both in game currency and money just to make u stay there .at least make somethings easy for players
