I still think the game play mechanics are solid, and you can have a lot of fun totally free to play, or as a light spender. the most fun mechanics in a collectable card game I've tried, and they are making positive strides in their economy and balance recently [2025 and into 2026 have been very up and down, so I've adjusted this rating often]. draft mode is amazing! back to 5 stars.. never mind. 4th time this year they've failed to balance broken cards

I like the idea of changing cards but, it is done too often and the changes to the cards in the decks I use always negatively effect the decks I have worked on for weeks to get working. When I do play, it feels as though I play against a variation of one of three decks.

i was a day 1 player of this game but quit midway through and am back now but the grind for cards is still the same i think the fanbase and new player might find it better if you put up something like the event shops in the normal shops so the card grinding wouldnt be so awful. there is always a balancing issue new paid cards are always too op and then later they get nerffed pretty bad not all and the shop just surprises me $100 for some varient and gold is just crazy to me only for whale gamers

It's a solid game aside from running into something with 4 legendary cards (that's +24 levels, or like, 6 extra cards) when you don't even have one. Being stomped by whales is such a hollow feeling and it's a bad way to make people spend more. Absolutely disgusting. Please fix. Edit: there needs to be a way to get credits outside of daily missions, I have 31 cards that I cannot upgrade at all because I am in the world's biggest credit famine.

I like the game but the latest update makes the game crash during every two plays of the match. I have to quickly load back in to finish the match. this is definitely a massive issue due the fast pace of the game. the crashes need to be fixed

Actually the game is good in terms of concept and idea, but there is a lack of optimization in game payment, signal, gameplay, lagging, bugs, errors and other mistakes.

So the new cards are locked behind paywalls or play levels that are unsustainable for casual players, plus they're op. Strategy is incredibly simple because it's all archtype based meaning play only one generic boring way for most decks. The meta adjustments just do not work and the game itself is pay to win. I've reinstalled time to time because I'm a fan of card games and the ip is familiar, but it seems like they don't know what exactly they're soing.

The winner is determined by whoever spent more money. Not only do you buy overpowered cards the odds are skewed in your favor. Your card gets 3 random ongoing abilities? They're all beneficial! I used to live this game, it was great since the matches we're only a couple of minutes. But the party to win has gotten out of control. It's hard enough to beat overpowered cards but it's impossible when they get every lucky break and you get none.

I returned to this game after a year-long break. Since my return i have realized the reason I had originally left is the same reason I will leave this game again. I really do love this game but the card acquisition hasn't improved in the slightest. Relying on snap packs for cards is the worst.I get random cards that are of no use to the decks am building and only a single card. What happened to series drops not a single card has dropped in series in months. This game is pay to win sadly.

It's decent. Not a fan of how the board makes or breaks the entire game. It's a very chance based game, maybe a little too much leaning that way. The board dictates how well the cards in your deck play. Once you hit bronze level 15, it's insanely tough to level past that point. Since it's mostly luck based, you have to hope the board sways the odds in your favor. I wish there was card enhancing and added powers to the cards. The artwork is cool though!

Gameplay is still the selling point but there are still problems, the monthly reset that requires you to grind just to get on the ranked ladder is tedious, card acquisition for new players has improved but with more premium cards in s4/s5 than in the free tier and no way to speed acquisition without major whaling it's just not worth, there really should be some kind of middle ground to buy one or two curated semi comp decks to ease folks in. Game play really is top notch though.

If you want something quick fun and easy or long challenging and tricks then this game is for you. the amount of cards you can use together to throw off opponents and even just play simple marvel teams and still win. I can say after every lost it only makes me learn new ways to build my deck. P2W is irrelevant is this type of game because low cards can counter even the higher more rare cards every single time. and I can say this because I just redownload this game today after 1-2 year break
