They will rob you if you pay for any of the extras. I payed $9.99 for an add on. The game glitched and it took my perks away when I had to close out and get back in. I tried to request a refund and it came back “not eligible for a refund”. Do not play this game and buy extra packages or they will take your money and not deliver.

No enjoyment anymore

The update this am took away what fun there was in the game . I had two grey areas in the castle to open more land. 850 was the goal. I hit that goal but you decided to change it to a 1000. What’s next I hit a 1000 only to find you’ve lied again and it’s now 2000? And what’s with the new Extreme game? I play the game to relax, I expect a little challenge but this is over the top. I’ve wondered what it was going to take for me to move on and quit, I guess this is my answer. I’ll leave the game open for a week to see if these things are corrected, if not then I’m done.

New update (June 2026) is awful!!!!!

I don’t know why you made the decision to prevent matches from happening unless they are directly next to one another, but it’s really quite frustrating and unnecessary. Like all three items have to be directly touching one another to match. Thoroughly asinine and less productive. Quitting and deleting this game if not fixed back. So stupid to change a matching game to something so anally precise.

Everything, graphics, types of games, characters, etc., that are shown and mentioned in the app stores are nowhere to be found, anywhere in the actual game. Its as if there are two completely different games. I like the game i am playing, but it is definitely not the game that is advertised. Be aware of that if you see this.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and when I go to buy more stars, I’m being overcharged. My stars cost $2.99 and I’m getting charged that plus $9.99. This has been going on for a year. This is a great game but I shouldn’t be overcharged. i’m out about $80. I need to know how this can get fixed. I’m adding this updated post. I got a response from you telling me how to submit a ticket, but there is no place to submit a ticket you go to the gearbox you go to Help and then submit ticket which does not exist.

This game is advertised to not be like all the other ones but it is. They say you can save the lady and the kid. In reality you have to play like 20 games in between each “save the lady” thing and then the way to save them is bogus. Don’t waste your time like I did with this game.

The game is good in all but still it is not what it said in the app all you are really doing is matching the apple and the other stuff and you don’t even see a child in the beginning you might not even see the child later even but still you still help the girl. When I first started playing the quest to help save the mother and daughter were there, then they just disappeared. It was one of the reasons for downloading the game. Now it’s just candy crush with side quests. Still play the game but playing the side quests against AI can be frustrating

Why does the shop keep offering me hockey sticks and soccer balls for purchase, when I have completed both of those trophies/ wonders several weeks/months ago? These items are useless to me, and occupy spaces that could be listing actual items I want / need? The trophy item I do need (skate boards) are never offered. Totally Deceptive

The game is nothing like what is being betrayed in your Ads. Your Ads call others ads deceptive, yet that is exactly what you’re being. If your game is so great, why not be upfront? All you do is play to unlock plots of land and different characters. These characters do absolutely nothing but stand wherever you place them. There’s no mother and daughter. You also rig the game, so in order to win on a first try, you have to keep spending and spending and spending. If you’re willing to waste time, you can play the same level 20-25 times to win without paying a dime. Your game sucks!

Home page (Islands) why the change?

Fun, but…

I really am enjoying this game, especially the farm land merge part. Playing the matching game is super frustrating in that if you run out of moves, it costs 900 diamonds and when you win, you win 24 or less.. This is very lopsided and takes away some of the fun knowing that if you lose, you either cough up real money or you stop playing. (update: this game is not about a shivering girl… you get to play that part as a bonus of the match game. Don’t expect to see this much, it happens very rarely. Lastly, this is modified version of candy crush, it is a symbol match game and not what the videos show you. If you like candy crush, you’ll like this game). The levels get progressively harder and you will eventually run out of lives and either have to buy them or beg on the boards. Update: (leaving the game rating the same). Found out a few things while playing this game. First and foremost, the “frozen girl” lead in is a gimmick to pull you in and it is NOT a part of this game. It is a side game only and while you can get some purple diamonds, the side game only shows up every 100 levels and the after a few hundred games, this disappears completely. A good “bait and switch” tactic. So you only get bonus games (for purple diamonds) every hundred levels. Every 10 levels you get the “Super Hard” level, requiring you to use purple diamonds or play 20-50 games to get the game to give you a win. Tons of extra side games, all of them time-bound to create that competition within the game. Most of these games are losers so take that with a grain of salt. First play of the day gives you a timer for lives (unlimited lives) for a specific amount of time. Take advantage of this and work to advance. The island part is fun, but takes a very long time to advance. You need hundreds of the same item to advance to the next level of items. There are only 3 free islands and the game is pretty much over at level 5100 (so far). Tons of items for sale, ranging from $.99 cents to buying a whole island for $19.99 or less. They have EXCELLENT customer service, but no “how to play” documentation. In order to use the FAQ section, you need to be familiar with what everything is called or otherwise you won’t find anything. I will play this one out and then move on.

Finally deleted the game

It started to get frustrating as levels became increasingly harder to solve often times playing the same level multiple times before eventually solving only to encounter the same situation at the next keel. It’s become a good waste of one’s time.

Another bait and switch

Claimed to be the real deal in ad. Nope! At level 80 and have yet to see anything that was in the ad. But the game is enjoyable. It is a match 3 for several rounds. Then You get a bonus round that takes you to a house layout. You do some matches and the room is repaired. Guess what I saw in their ad might (?) show up in much much later rounds.

It’s basically the Temu version of gardenscapes just slightly different it’s not all that trust there’s not that much excitement after you download and there were soo many adds about this, but when I finally downloaded it there was a huge difference between the app and adds. I’m probably gonna delete this game but I had to warn you, it’s not worth the hype I promise you! Fun but glitches

Game is fun and usually relaxing—some levels are crazy lol. One problem be noticed is that if you get cards at the end of a level and then earn more cards on the same level it gives you card points on the first and then takes them away before the second card points—frustrating and noting you can do about it. Also, if you need to answer a call during a level it will kick you out and you lose your progress and perks for that level.

I loved this game. Gave a lot of free lives and was fun. Now it kicks me out mid game at least once a day which makes me lose lives and bonuses. Was on my last move just now to win a level and it kicked me out. So frustrating.

I have this game and don’t have all this extra stuff you show on your ads. All I have are fields to place matching items from monotonous games. I’ve been playing for a couple of years and nothing changes. No tours through some castle or homes or other scenes. I only play now when I have nothing else to do

Game doesn’t save progress

If you need to close the app in the middle of a game and don’t open it again for a while, it will just automatically decide that you lost that game, and if you had the super light ball it is gone until you win another 10 games in a row. I’ve played Royal Match for years, which this is a copy of, and that never happened in that app. It’s frustrating.

Question

If you cannot pass a “very hard level” what are you supposed to do? It seems you will not pass me until I buy diamonds from you. Then, and only then, will you advance me. I was on a higher level, but you should have something to prevent you having to play the same one 100 times. Come on. After you fail the levels so many times you have nothing hardly to play with and if you don’t buy from them, you will never pass the level.

I’ve been playing this game and at the beginning after a few games you win you’re able to build the rooms and then all of a sudden it stopped building the rooms and it’s just playing the games and all they want you to do is buy items. I started playing this game a while back with the impression that you were playing the game to get to the story of helping a mother out if certain situations. It’s been so long that I haven’t seen any of those stories that I almost forgot until I did the update and saw that it is the game with the stories about fixing up the house, etc. Why is none of that on the game anymore? It’s just the wonderland and the game. No mother or child. Anyone else experience this?
