the developer's ignore reports just for income. I hate this game, matchmaking is sooooooo unfair, community is sooooo toxic, and more importantly heroes are not balanced, just the recent patch where paquito is so strong, reported it multiple times but nothing happened, proving the developer's ignore what players feel about the game just as long as they can get money because obviously as skin for paquito was released. I noticed that some of the allies or opponents are AI's. I checked their accounts and I found no recorded skins yet. I can confirm that they are AI's, as it is impossible to have no skins when you are already in Mythic or even in lower ranks. There are free skins to obtain while ranking up, but these accounts do not have even 1 skin? How can you explain this? Playing solo in rank is hard. 👎 This update is just getting worst, not for solo players. 😡 Matchmaking is worst! bad!

It was overall a good experience and what expect from a MOBA. Easy to use, quick matches, and can play wherever I want. But I have problems in Classic Mode, why is there no role selection before queuing up? I want to practice EXP Lane but it always gets taken and now I have to fill. Is it possible to add other announcers? The current one is just obnoxious saying everything that I can't even hear anything else except "LEGENDARY!", "UNSTOPPABLE!" it's distracting and annoying, add a calm one.

It is a good game beautiful character designs, amazing lore, and spectacular skin designs but the matchmaking is so unfair like WTH???? I don't want to quit this game because I really like the character design but the trash matchmaking is so stressful. I play this game to relax but as I've said the matchmaking is terrible most of the time you will have toxic teammates that will stress the hell out of you. And after a few years, nothing changed this game is not for solo players.

The matchmaking was very bad. How am I getting a legend and low mythic rank in my team while I'm mythic immortal doesn't make sense, while the enemy just among mythic glory-immortal. The heroes balanced is awful. I can only see the jungler was always suyou and leomord because too overpowered. Old hero just became not relevan anymore because of lack in CC and escape skill. I hope you can fix the matchmaking issues and heroes balanced so we as player can enjoy the game.
