i was in the middle of a game but then some ai suddenly controlled my gameplay/hero, and the game says: “you exhibited AFK behavior which ruins the experience of your teammates! Your hero is now under the control of the game’s AI. Several such interactions will result in more severe punishments!” even tho i wasn’t even afk, i was completely playing the game fair and clearly not afk. this is so infuriating. i also got proof btw. so please moonton, fix this.

I encountered an issue during a Classic match while playing as the hero Badang. I was shocked when I was suddenly disconnected from the game; although I tried to reconnect immediately—taking less than a minute to do so—the match had already ended, and I was penalized for being AFK. Your system kicked me out of the match only to then issue a penalty against me. How can you justify penalizing a player in this manner? I didn't leave the game voluntarily; the game itself suddenly kicked me out.
